Not all five star hotels are created equal. This truth was evident from the moment I stepped into the hotel. Car parking - that will be 20 euro a night. Alternatives? No idea (turned out that you can park three blocks away for less than 10 euro a night depending on departure time next day). Room upgrade - impossible - I get that this isn't always possible but the delivery by staff is all important. The room - ok - nothing to write home about (shower leaked from the top - when I mentioned as I left no one seemed to care - which just about summed up my stay). The view - from the back side of the hotel - not worth the money. The breakfast - passible. All in all would I go back? Honestly no - I'd definitely look elsewhere.

Very attentive staff. Neat and clean hotel with larger rooms and spaces. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The whole hotel is very well maintained. The location is very central - you can walk to the board walk, get to some really good restaurants nearby, go shopping if you like. It’s walkable and wonderful. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, fantastic location! The hotel was very comfortable, the staff extremely friendly, helpful and eager to please. Any request was responded to immediately. Lots of little creature comforts. The room was spacious, the bathroom, albeit not appropriate for people that guard their privacy, was well-equipped. The location was walking distance to almost every site we wanted to see, every restaurant we visited, shopping, etc.

This was our first stay at this hotel and it turned out to be a great choice. We had to change dates at the last minute so couldn't get the room we wanted but still ended up with a small balcony which we could see Aristotle Square and the Aegean Sea from. We stayed in a Superior Suite which was expensive but had plenty of room to move around in comfort. Next time well stay in the Executive Sea View room which has a much bigger balcony but less room inside. Breakfast was expansive with plenty on offer for a great range of people with differing tastes. The food was very nice and fresh. Included in our room price was access to the Executive Lounge. Irene and John in the Executive Lounge were excellent hosts although the lounge is only new and seems a little confused what it is there for. Lefteri on the front door was of great assistance and friendly and staff at the front counter were helpful as well. We will definitely stay again when we return to Greece in 2024.

Very nice hotel, with modern but comfy rooms having all the amenities one may seek in a boutique hotel. Strategically located in the ”ladadika” neighborhood is within walking distance of all the attractions the downtown and Port of Thessaloniki has to offer. We went twice, on Jan and Mar and had an excellent stay. The breakfast was simply superb.

The staff of every department was well- mannered, caring and professional. The amenities and facilities exactly as described and the view from our balcony at the top floor was breathtaking. Our room was very comfortable ,clean and cozy. The private parking next to the hotel was a life- saver at reasonable prices. The hotel is very central and we had a good stay here as a family of four. The room we stayed in needed a bit of updating but the breakfast was delicious and the staff are really lovely and were so friendly and welcoming with our kids. The only thing I’d say is that we booked a stay here because it said on the website they could provide some toys in the room on request which is apparently not possible anymore which is a shame. But still we had a good stay and it’s a nice place in a very central location. Thanks to the staff for the hospitality!
