Premier Inn Norwich East (Broadlands/A47)

It was our first time in Norwich and we didn't know what to expect from the city or the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by everything. The rooms were clean and cozy. However what helped me the most was the staff, who advised me how to get to the city and the places. I wanted to see. I really appreciate it and thank you.

We have stayed in this hotel twice in the last two weeks and on the first occasion, apart from a very hot room it was nice and quiet and suited our needs. On this occasion we experienced trouble actually getting into the room as the key wouldn't work so after two journeys from the first floor and a change of key we got in. On entering there was a really strange musty smell that was very overpowering, so I returned to reception to advise the lovely lady who was very apologetic and moved us to a room next door. The room looked ok on initial entry but we found there was only one set of towels and cleaning had not been up to scratch as there was a dirty sock from a previous guest left just under the double bed. The shower could also have done with a new shower head as it was going everywhere. I reported to reception on leaving to a young girl who said they would leave a note?!!

I have stayed here for a weekend with my wife and daughter. Staff is very friendly and they helped me with any queries I had. Room was a bit dated but very clean and spacious for 3 of us. On my check out I was asked how everything was. I really liked it as I could see they all cared. We also had breakfast and it was delicious. Thank you

Stayed at this hotel many times before and it’s a good hotel. I’ve complained in the past about the staff using the disabled car parking and just laughing it off. I will be sending the photos to whitbread this time. It’s shocking that the staff don’t take it seriously.

Have stayed on this hotel numerous times now over the last year with work. Will be booked in again for a few more occasions. The hotel and staff are excellent. Good facilities. Sherrie on reception was very helpful and helped make our stay very comfortable. Thankyou

I have stayed here regularly for the last year for several nights at a time. All Staff are very good SHERRIE in particular has been very helpful, sorting out any issues with the room or booking glitches by our company and providing local knowledge for what to do with any free time we have whilst staying here. Two restaurants are close to the hotel and the nearby Thorpe fish and chip shop is recommended.

Very spacious hotel with good facilities . Nice restaurant and play area for kids attached, play area is closed on Mondays for cleaning.

Room condition poor, room facilities not working, distance to room too far, lift not working, food not available from the menu, breakfast and evening meals served cold, coffee machine not working and the parking was difficult.

All that you hope for in a Premier Inn. Friendly staff, comfortable room, good parking, convenient location. Light bulb above bed wasn't working. Reported to reception, it was fixed while we were out at dinner :)
