這樣的賓館真是奇葩
1.設備真是老舊，所有的五金件都掉漆斑駁了
2.熱水器盡然等了快一分鐘，熱水才出來
3.下水慢，我覺得我多洗會，水能漫過過門石
4.床頭的燈光按鈕，好幾個不管用，一個個來回按幾遍，才把所有燈關了睡覺
5.床頭燈最有意思，是個旋鈕，但是旋鈕竟然在燈的外側，開關燈，必須得把手繞着燈伸到外邊去擰，或者，乾脆下床去關床頭燈
6.進屋有異味，發黴水泥一樣的味道，開門通風散氣好一會
7.酒店附贈了一杯咖啡贈飲，開始也沒注意。出門辦事回來的時候跟前台點了，説是要等幾分鐘，反正沒事就等着在大廳刷手機，也沒注意，結果等了快半個小時，問了下，才知道剛才前台做一半，交班吃飯了，壓根沒給接班的人説，我不問的話還在那等，真是服了
8.最最最讓我覺得奇葩的是除了普通提供的水杯浴巾外，居然還有收費的一次性水杯和一次性浴巾，這是個啥意思？難道他們自己也知道自己提供免費的水杯和浴巾不乾淨，這是在暗示客户嗎？讓我尷尬猶豫了好半天，我是當個**還是花錢吃點虧？？

一家人路過天津靜海，找家庭套房，結果這家在網絡上看着還算不錯，但是，我打個低分！不是衞生差、不是服務差，而是噪音！噪音！噪音！
非常差的入住體驗。
1.酒店一樓在外邊看是一間咖啡廳，下午辦理入住時感覺非常安靜，但是等我們晚上十點多回來，發現像酒吧一樣！在房間內有很大的唱歌聲，唱歌停止時，又有很大的DJ音樂，其低音真是很難忍受，給前台打電話被告知聲音最晚到十二點，實際DJ聲音超過12點非常久！
2.旁邊的房間被安排了接親的人員，從早晨五點左右，就頻繁開門出入，大聲説笑。
其他方面還可以，從此以後，增長了住酒店的經驗，遇到離酒吧、咖啡廳近的，堅決不住！入住時和前台確認是否有第二天接親的！

首先，酒店隔音很差，樓下就是小酒吧，經常吵鬧到很晚！其次，前台服務態度極差，先不説專業性，最基本的服務意識和溝通能力都沒有（特別是前台的**，** 這兩人沆瀣一氣，連最基本的為人處事都不會，滿臉橫肉，一張苦瓜臉，感覺像是踩斷了它們的尾巴一樣，態度極其惡劣，這樣的酒店聘請了這樣的服務人員簡直是悲哀，一顆耗子屎污了一鍋飯）體驗感極其差，嚴重差評

前台服務員業務水平較差，態度一般。被問到門口電子屏上贈送早餐的廣告，目無表情的被告知活動已經過期了。希望提高服務水平，更加細緻的工作。至少給員工做好業務培訓在上崗。

這酒店説實話太坑了，作為靜海本地人不得不吐槽。一個有年頭的酒店，每次來天津都住這裏，覺得性價比還不錯，每次前台都要求給五星好評然後給一堆小禮品。但是最近不知道為嘛突然間比之前漲價了一百多。哎，就是一個普普通通酒店，價格對標其他城市三四星酒店，是不是太坑了。之前的好評都是刷的，刷多了就這樣彙報老客户馬？服了
