早餐還不錯 酒店態度也很不錯 但是床品衞生質量有待改善 希望酒店的阿姨們和管理者們能改善這個事情 及時更換床品 因為已經過敏 並且很嚴重

出來玩累了，正好附近看到了有麗楓的鐘點房，帶着孩子休息三個小時很不錯。大床很舒服，床品也都很舒服。一次性洗漱用品可以在前台領取。房間還會有兩瓶飲用水。非常便利。就是這個季節的空調可能沒有作用，室內太熱。開着窗户也有些熱。整體來説特別棒。推薦。鐘點房是帶孩子旅遊的臨時歇腳處首選。

房間不是靠街的，本來以為會很安靜，結果半夜兩點了，還聽到不知道哪間房傳出的開party的聲音，大早上又被樓道的各種聲音吵醒，理解跨年興奮，但隔音真心不好，衞生馬馬虎虎，明晃晃的頭髮，一言難盡啊

第二次住了，非常好，還是很乾凈的，有車位然後離西湖道吃東西的地方進，什麼酥餅大王，湯圓，肉龍，方便，屋裡智能化。

洗澡的噴頭需要清洗一下，水流大小不好調節，加壓的噴頭，一邊噴水一邊仰面朝天去了。還得手動擰回來。想切換成頂噴，調節開關根本弄不動。還有小冰箱能不能讓客户自己用的時候再開，一插房卡自動啟用，一是浪費電，二是對我睡眠質量不好的人來説，噪音有點大。還有自動窗簾，能否有個暫停鍵，想要開一點的那種，一按鍵，全打開了，對面居民樓，有點害怕曝光。最後表揚一下客服小哥，因為網絡問題打擾我們，贈送了早餐，心意領了，早上起不來，就不用了。🙏

訂了兩間房，一間有一股濃濃的香煙味，房間很大，設施看上去也還可以，就是地毯時間長了，看上去有些污漬，本來地毯彰顯高檔屬性的。結果被污漬拉低了😏
