Stay at hotel for one night...stuff was okay ...but after i arrived home...i noticed that i miss 500 Euros from my bag ...receptionist clame how nobody can enter in my room beside me...but they reffuse da show me cctv camera...now i suspect...no evidence but...no money in my bag as well.

房間很大，但是衞生很一般，本來也就對機場的酒店罵我報太多期望。但這個早餐我真的驚呆了，是我入住過最差的一次體驗。枱麪亂七八糟的，餐食看着毫無食慾，吃個粉要排長隊，8.30下樓就什麼都沒有了。第一次用臟亂差來形容一家酒店早餐！！

記得以前空港格蘭雲天賓館時期還是非常不錯的，在空港經濟區皇冠假日之後就數這家了。但換了東家之後感覺下降了很多，房間不是很乾凈也有異味，早餐也實在不好吃，有時前台沒有人值班。希望能有所改善，不然這麼好的酒店品牌可惜了。不能光靠價格優勢吸引顧客，關鍵還是品質和服務。

設施：一般，電視看不了，花灑也有問題！
服務：早餐前台説到9點半，9點去吃已經什麼都沒有了，我找了一個類似經理的人説了一下，回覆説人太多，竟然不是再上一些！畢竟不是快捷酒店，還是非常失望的。

我是在線預訂的房間，進去以後，如圖所見，所見即所得，並且，也無其他附帶的異味等，甚至，我跟前台説喜歡安靜，前台特地調到一個靠近當頭的房間。挺好。
這些是基本項，加分項有以下幾點：1.服務：前台的服務太好了，我要去接客户，晚上十點多去接機，前台妥妥安排了。想拿一張A4紙寫上客户名字好接機，前台主動幫我打印了，早起跑步忘了帶鑰匙，前台妥妥準備好了，有不懂的事情房間內打電話問前台，都能一一回應。出門接客户忽然下雨，會隨手遞過來一把雨傘。更有意思的是，見多了面無表情的保潔人員，結果我退房時，遇到他們，還會説上幾句祝福的話，不像是例行公事。看上去，是一個管理得挺好，各個崗位都能樂司其職的酒店。
更大的加分項：從酒店出門左手邊沿街走，不超過十分鐘，有個空港景觀湖，景色宜人，早上鍛鍊，晚上散步，都很合適。

😰就第二天一大早有飛機，位置倒是很方便，就是入住後看到牀頭櫃面有一攤黏糊糊的東西，馬桶感覺有一圈尿跡，不敢洗澡就穿着衣服睡了一晚上，本來説好5.30坐車去機場的，沒聽到前台打電話提醒，差點誤機了。。。。。

落地打電話預約接機 到了酒店 前台服務態度很好 還幫忙升級了房間 還額外贈送了早餐 我跟前台説我訂的是公務艙 可以在機場休息室用餐 不用贈送早餐 前台小姐姐很貼心的説 讓我可以去看看有沒有想吃的 都可以嚐嚐 態度細節真的很棒！！ 房間很大 房卡很貼心的標明瞭WiFi 以及密碼 強烈推薦～
