樓面看着挺老的酒店，但是房間裏面裝修過沒有一點陳舊的感覺。乾淨舒適。前台服務特別好，不愧是正兒八經的星級酒店。下次到鐵嶺還會入住。

但無論新區老區，天興的房間都可以説是鐵嶺最上檔次的了。酒店位於老區南北向主幹道路西，是鐵嶺人舉辦各類高檔宴會的首選，因此停車位總是很緊張。不過如果住宿的話，晚上（各類宴會散後）還是有車位的，車場工作人員會協調疏導，赴宴或住宿的客人向前台報備車牌號停車免費。作為綜合性酒店，集餐飲 洗浴 住宿於一體。住宿區域很安靜，地毯靜音 燈光柔和 房間隔音很好，幾乎沒有什麼幹擾。房間備品齊全，寢具舒適，房間的洗浴間淋浴盆浴都有。酒店附近即是商圈，各類小吃豐儉由己。交通四通八達，距離兩個高速口（鐵嶺和鐵嶺北）都是一刻鐘左右的車程。

酒店鬧中取靜，雖在鬧市上，但不會嘈雜。房間空間大，洗浴設備不錯，有基本的日用洗漱用品提供。服務很好。前台小帥哥服務態度優秀，讓客人賓至如歸，點贊。早餐挺豐富的，水果很新鮮，中西合璧基本滿足需求。餐廳環境優雅，吃早飯舒服。會再次選擇入住的酒店。各方麪條件均不錯。

天興酒店在鐵嶺是比較好的酒店了，婚宴辦的比較多，我定的是新裝修的房型，還有飄窗和小茶桌，隔音效果不是特別好，但是環境挺好的。
