Location near a smaller subway called Keio that takes you to a larger station so it was easy to move around the city.
The hotel decor is luxurious and rooms spacious. The lobby is mostly unattended, a call button is there if you need assistance.
This hotel is good for independent travelers.
The beds are very firm and large. Great pillows.

There is a bus stop at the door, a few minutes walk to the tram stop, and there is Lawson next to it, which is very convenient! At the same time, it is quiet at night. I didn't ask for an extra bed, but I was impressed that the owner saw that there were three of us and added an extra bed for free. The room was large and nice, the location was a 10-minute walk from the station, and there were many restaurants around the station. The downside was that the room was a little cold, but the pros made up for the cons.

Great location, you can walk to most things and staff is excellent. They even packed us up a bagged lunch for our early am flight and made sure our taxi was there for us. Highly recommended this hotel

Loved the rooftop view. There’s no breakfast option but plenty of eating places nearby. Beds were really hard so we both ended up with sore backs. Staff were really helpful and English speaking was reasonable. Convenient to train system.

Average place to stay is there's only two people. 4 people in one right I find it too tight but but we had our own beds. Very clean, walking distance from main shopping street. I felt safe around the area.
