Hotels near Komazawa-Daigaku Station, Tokyo

It is close to my parents' elderly facilities and my sister's family, so I use 々. This is the only hotel I want in a perfect location. The front desk and the attitude and speed to deal with the problem are great, but I feel the aging of the building facilities. Especially air conditioner. When I stayed in winter, the temperature was not adjustable (whether it is hot or not. I got up many times in the middle of the night and adjusted it-I tell the hotel. The temperature adjustment in this room is also subtle (the hot day of May this year). The outdoor machine is exploding. The direction of the bidet in the shower toilet is right next to it at first and does not hit the butt. . . (Healed me immediately). Also, there is something that can be charged by USB near the bed. It's a standard of Le, but it's not. The deterioration of facilities and facilities that cannot be helped by human power, and the old place are conspicuous (compared to other hotels for those staying) I'll keep using it while complaining. I'm in trouble if it's closed due to full renovation work.

The room I stayed in was elegantly decorated and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed, along with the well-appointed amenities, made for a restful and enjoyable stay. BEWARE Not recommended for solo females OR couples with females! I chose this place because of the listed spa amenity. It says separate areas for men and women. FALSE that is a lie! There is 1 area only, and separate DAYS for men and women. Men get 5 days (weekdays), women get 2 days (weekends). I arrived Sunday night, and the lady took so long to check me in and finally got to explaining the spa at which point I said, wait, so I only have 20 minutes now to use the spa? She said ”Sorry, 15 min sorry” So I had to rush, while she was still talking to me about the ramen I don't care! So I got to use the spa for 10 min! So I booked another hotel, Super Hotel I stayed at before that I know has 2 separate areas and the spa is open ALL night until 9am. I asked Dormy to give me a refund because of the false advertising. Of course they say sorry no. I would not have stayed there if I had known this. Seeing that I was a single female booking they should have notified me. And what I really cannot tolerate is gender inequality. I know this is a more male dominate society, but that is old and backwards and I do not support that type of thinking. Please do not support this gender inequality! If you are a woman, this is NOT the hotel for you. Location is also weird and not much to walk to. Who cares about the Starbucks you can get that anywhere. I left first thing in the morning, I don't care if I lost money on it, I wasn't going to stay there a minute longer.

Location: Near to Shinagawa Station which link to most of the place you will visit as a tourist. Cleanliness: the room is clean, not feeling any uncomfortable. Service: We reached the hotel around 1pm, although the check in time is 3pm, the reception staff willing to help us to check in earlier without our request which surprise us. Facilities: we do not have time to try their facilities, but in room facilities is well maintained. View: I forgot which floor we stayed, but the view is awesome, before we checked out we can see the Mt. Fuji which is superb.

The morning set meal at Shimizu was very good. However, on the day we arrived, our luggage was mistakenly taken to my sister's room, who came with us, and we were not able to get it moved. I wish the bellboys would think a little more about this. The rooms are clean and the wooden decorations in the lobby are a must-see! Close to Shinagawa station, so there are plenty of restaurants and pubs to eat at. The bar Asama is also very relaxing and the french fries were delicious.

Great, well managed hotel in the Ebisu district of Tokyo. I was here for three nights before flying home. As mentioned turn right after you exit the JR train station and walk all the way down through the tunnel to the hotel. I really like the the outdoor mall at the Yebisu Garden Place with it’s unbelievable food court. This place should win an award for a urban outdoor development with book stores, coffee bars , high end restaurants, hotel and train station. If I’m traveling with my wife I would stay here. If I m traveling with my teenage kids I would stay at the Hyatt in Shinjuku as it is closer to the action. I loved the 17th floor executive lounge for afternoon snacks and drinks . But I preferred the lobby lounge for breakfast as it had a better selection of items. I would not however pay $130 extra for the lounge. The rooms were very nice . I was so impressed with how clean the rooms and lobby were maintained. This is a world class hotel in the upper price range.

Excellent location in Shinjuku, right opposite the Tokyo Metropolitan Building, where you can go up to the observatories for free and get great views. The hotel itself is quite old now but it’s been refurbished. Lots of rooms so it’s quite busy, but there are staff everywhere to help you. Good value if you can book early enough and get a decent rate.

The place is the cleanest, the showers to the room we shared with 10 others, the staff (young) so very, very polite and friendly, I really ommend this place to anyone who's travelling to Tokyo, there are vending machines, a mini market few doors down and a 5min walk to the Tower and shopping complex a must, it was great for us from New Zealand to experience something outside our comfort zone...Wise Owl staff you guys are one in a million, thank you for looking after us💖💖💖

Getting there Getting to the hotel from narita airport, you can take the keisei skyliner to change at Nippori at the Yamamote line to change and stop at Takanobaba and change to another train Seibu Shinjuku station. It will be a few minutes walk to the hotel from there. Very convenient. To go back to the airport, book yourself an express bus directly at the lobby entrance (QR code is there) with a screen on the departure timing to various airports so you don’t have to lug your luggage. Stay Luxurious hotel right smack in the middle of all the action, eateries, shopping, etc. I stayed for 7 nights at the premier suite which I believe had one of the best views around this area. Room is spacious for Japanese standards. And the 2 toilets and 2 bath is something we really appreciate. Amenities are all given, and you have everything in the room, including a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. Staff are friendly and eager to help during check in etc. I did not have much chance to interact with them since I also did not book one with breakfast. One tip is the enter the hotel through Starbucks directly downstairs, instead of going one round to enter the lobby. Just cut through Starbucks and go down the stairs immediately and make a left turn to the lobby. Afterthoughts Good and new hotel in an excellent location. Some things will need to be improved, out of the 7 nights, I only request for rooms to be cleared twice. The first time, housekeeping forgot to refill my towels after removing them, forgot to refill our drinking waters and even left a dirty tshirt in my toilet that don’t belong to me. I believe that could be used by them to clean the toilet, else no reasons someone’s dirty tshirt is found and left in my toilet. Should have definitely used a cleaner rag to clean up the toilet. I did not crate a fuss about it but just took the tshirt out of the room since it is a new hotel that just opened for one week and all staff are new too. But this should not happen next time again, especially since this is a suite booking. P/S check out Ichiran 3 mins walk away and the 24 hours Don Quixote too.

Great hotel in central location. Rooms are big and comfortable for Tokyo standard and it’s a short walk to central shibuya crossing and JR line. Hotel breakfast was good and service by staff were very friendly. Big plus for those who are planning to ride a airport bus, the hotel is a stop for drop off and pick up.
