"The location and free shuttle services 24/7 to and from the airport is definitely a plus point. Room was big enough and clean for 1 person stay... The soap and shampoo and body lotion provided had a really nice and invigorating smell. Only bad point was my room didn't have toiletries... there were no toothbrush or comb... I called the reception and they said I had to go down to reception to collect it. That was the only inconvenient part. Otherwise excellent place to stop by esp for a layover with odd flying times!"

"From the moment we entered we were greated by friendly helpful staff. Room was perfect lovely hot shower. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was beautiful. Nice and hot and very prompt with the delivery. I would happily stay again and l would certainly recommend to anyone. Nice and quiet. Bed and especially the pillow were excellent. Best night's sleep away from home for ages."

"It is close to the airport, and the hotel shuttle can be reserved to the airport as early as 06:00. There is no convenience store within walking distance, so you have to drive for about ten minutes to reach the shops and restaurants. Fortunately, residents can enjoy discounted parking. There are not many breakfast options, but it is sufficient, but there are few seats. The room space is sufficient and comfortable, and the sanitary conditions are ideal. However, the hotel does not have swimming pools and other recreational facilities, which is more convenient for passengers in transit or for short stays."

"The hotel was super spacious with a kettle , I think it had a fridge Lots of coffee in cOn counter , nice warm shower and cosy huge bed The staff were ok, to be honest few of them could have been friendlier or more helpful, I had to lug suitcase down a big flight of stairs and back up again at 5 am because there either was ..no elevator or just I couldn't find a sign for one Which I found off for an airport hotel.. The menu looked decent The shuttle bus was swift and super friendly drivers It's a little bit of a distance because of traffic I'd stay there again tho, and the price was ok , decor and rooms were modern and I really liked the room., tv on wall was good , and aircon / heater super great."

"The room has no air conditioning, it's too cold in the middle of the night, the shower head in the bathroom can't be taken down, which is very inconvenient for children, but everything else is good and close to the airport"

"We arrived Melbourne at about 23:00 and will be leaving for a 08:30 flight the next morning. The good thing is the hotel is very close to the airport but it's a bit hard to find the entrance. Hotel room is clean and the front-desk staff is very helpful."
