"Since it was a car trip, it was convenient to park the parking lot for free. It may be a little inconvenient without a car. The amenities were basic and the room was clean. If you walk a little, there are shops and you can get frozen pasta or fried rice, so I think it's not a problem with eating."
"There are many business hotels around Ube Shinkawa station, so even if it was about a 5-minute walk, I had the impression that it was a little far from the station, but there is a convenience store nearby and the hotel is located in a quiet place. There was no inconvenience in staying. The breakfast tea pickles were delicious.
Also, there is a front desk on the 2nd floor for consecutive nights, but you don't have to leave your room card on the 2nd floor and you can get off directly by elevator to the 1st floor, so it's fluttering even at the meeting the next day. I can access the first floor and the room smoothly, so if I have a chance to come to Ube Shinkawa again next time, I would like to use it."
"Parking 🅿️ The space was small and I didn't know where to park at first, but I handed the key to the staff and moved to a place that was easy to get out when I checked out.
The response was very kind.
I would like to use it again."

"Overall, it is OK. Clean and hygienic. The price is not expensive. There are convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. It is close to the station. There are cars in the direction of Ubuchuan and Yamaguchi Prefecture. But you must be optimistic about the time. The trains are less. If you miss it, you have to wait a long time. Of course, Ubuchuan Station is not far away. About 1.8km there is Go to the car."
"The location was easy to find, and the building was very clean and tidy both inside and out.
The hot springs were separated by gender, and we enjoyed our time there, but it was the last day of a three-day weekend, and the baths were crowded because many guests were staying there. We couldn't relax, but it was good that we were able to take a bath.
We made the reservation during our trip, so it was difficult to confirm the reservation in an area with poor reception. When we checked with the hotel, we found that the reservation for our child had not been made, so we told them and paid on site.
We had a relaxing time at the hotel, and it was fun for the whole family. However, the double bed was too small for three people, including a 10-year-old child. Next time, we'll be more careful when booking.
The hotel breakfast was also delicious. It was a very satisfying trip."
"Ubu International Hotel is an old hotel, just near Ubu Shinagawa Station, within 10 minutes walk. Good service, breakfast is similar to Japanese business hotels, the price is OK."
"It was very close to the station and there were many convenience stores and izakayas, so it was very convenient.
The hotel staff were also very kind and gave us recommendations for places to eat dinner."
"The location is very, very good, in the city center, very close to the bus station, JR Ube Station, it is too convenient for business travelers. I live in a Japanese-style 12 tatami, the hotel room is very large, the health is very good, the service is very good, it is recommended."
