While I loved the clean facility, breakfast was sadly not worth adding to the room only price unless you think it’s worth paying for the convenience.

The hotel looks old, but the rooms and facilities are very clean and spacious. The most liked facility in this hotel is the public bath, which was very clean and spacious, and a few people. There are different restaurants around the hotel, I think the location of hotel was perfect to move.

One of the few tall buildings in the town, equipped with rooftop indoor and outdoor onsen. Walkable distance to places around town. The hotel is renovating, but no disturbances from that, and I’m certain that after it finished, it will be great. Good facilities and hospitality. If I’m go back to the town, I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel, appeared to be renovated recently. Large room and a very nice lobby/resting area with various complimentary teas (Ureshino is famous for tea).

The hotel is newly renovated. The room is quite clean and tidy. The onsen is great. The breakfast is also good. But some of the facilities and decorations such as toilet remain unchanged.

The hotel is a quick 180 yen bus ride from Ureshino Onsen Station. Check Google Maps for bus times, which are quite accurate. Trains (Nishi Kyushu Shinkansen) run infrequently from Ureshino Onsen Station, however. The hotel's 10th-floor hot springs offer a great view. Free bicycle rentals are available for exploring the surrounding area.

There's free parking, indoor and outdoor baths, bottled mineral water, and popsicles available outside the baths. Tea and coffee are available on the first floor. When checking in, if your slippers are too small, ask the front desk and they'll be provided immediately. You can also request extra towels for extra baths. There's an ice machine and microwave on the second floor. Unfortunately, there's no washing machine, but there's a laundromat about a 5-minute walk away. There's also a convenience store nearby.

The room was clean, and the lobby and common areas were bright. The photo shows a friend's suite, which was slightly more expensive than mine, but well worth it. The included breakfast and dinner were decent, but the plum wine at dinner was quite unpalatable. There's a calf steam bath in Ureshino's hot springs area, which was quite fun.

Initially, the service and explanation at the front desk were very good, and the hotel's decor was very nice. However, the room still felt very old-fashioned, and there was no bed-making service. The breakfast options were limited, and the hot springs seemed to have a problem with the sprinkler system, making it seem like rain!
