"The hotel is a very nice hotel, a very nice hotel and a very nice hotel.
The staff is also very pleasant despite our approximate Japanese they have done everything they can to get to understand each other and to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
However, two minor problems occurred during the stay:
- The container is little isolated, which makes the air conditioned must work all the time so that the temperature remains pleasant.
- The terrain is located next to a metro line outside and unfortunately we hear it quite strongly in the rooms
The two concerns we have met may not be, because if you leave the heating no problem of comfort and if you sleep between midnight and 6:00 a.m. the train will not bother you.
I am still happy with this hotel that has responded to my expectations."
"Good service Chinese can communicate nearby. Almost all the convenient things are bought. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious. One person lives in the room. The double bed is very comfortable. Disadvantages. The elevator only has one space. It is a bit small. There may be a long time."
Rental of an entire floor. Includes free car parking. Fully renovated property.

"It takes about 3 minutes on foot from Utsunomiya station. It was close, so I was grateful when I came back tired from sightseeing.
The room felt clean. Part of the wallpaper was light blue and cute.
Amenities were minimal but adequate.
I thought that the free breakfast was amazing even though it was rich in variety and free.
During my stay, I had boiled dumplings unique to Utsunomiya.
You can take it back to your room and eat it, so you don't have to be with other people. I would like to stay again!"

"It is very close to Utsunomiya Station and is very convenient for travel. The yakiniku restaurant next to it is very delicious and the quality of the wagyu is very good. However, the breakfast in the hotel is too delicious and I can't eat even a little bit."
"The Golf Course Hotel in the mountains is very beautiful, the open-air hot springs are very good, the breakfast is not many but delicious, the facilities are very standard, but only by car can be reached."
"It was a kind customer service. The lighting in the room is bright around the bed and dark around the desk. It was comfortable on the bed to work on the PC. There is also wifi. The convenience store is about a 3-minute walk away. The bus stop is close, but it is on the other side of the road to get to Utsunomiya Station. It was raining, so when I asked for a taxi, I called it immediately and it was 500 yen to Utsunomiya station."
"This is my second time at Super Hotel. I stayed at the one in Shizuoka before, and the interior is the same. Not having to carry a card key is a plus, but people who aren't used to entering a PIN code will be surprised. The large public bath was surprisingly crowded, with three people occupying the washing area, four people waiting in the bathtub, and people waiting in line for the changing room and the lockers, so it was very crowded and I couldn't relax. I wish they could improve that. Other than that, I think the quality is satisfactory for the price."

Great
KKush MathurFor a Regional area like Utsunomiya, I cannot help but rave about how amazing Candeo Hotel Utsonomiya is. Starting from the location; it’s not even 5 minutes from the station so if you have heavy suitcases; there’s barely any hassle to get to the hotel. There’s also a 7-11 right below the hotel so if you need a bite at 2-3 am, you know where to go: there’s also some amazing restaurants right below the hotel so id also say it’s super convenient. In terms of the room, the room was very well maintained with elegant design and very cozy. Room size was sufficient enough and also very comfortable. And the breakfast is just amazing. Every day different soups and just delicious salads with super fresh fruit. 6 out of 5 on the breakfast. And lastly the service, just very very helpful and extremely polite and patient. Some understood English and some understood basic but with google translate it was a piece of cake. They also helped me transfer my luggage from their hotel to the next in another city. Overall just a 5 on 5 rating for every aspect of the hotel.
SSzu MinSheltered all the way from utsunomiya station.. even though it's right by train station, the room we had was extremely quiet. The decor and lightings abit dark. Coin laundry available. Overall,we appreciate the convenience of the location as it's surrounded by malls. We walked 6 mins to the car rental place to explore Nikko. There's also light rail station ( just a few stops to Bell Sakura onsen)
JJay2017It's a nice hotel. It's quiet in the bustle. The room is spacious and the back is covered with a quilt cover instead of a sheet. The breakfast buffet with Japanese food downstairs is very popular, but the front desk didn't mention that the restaurant downstairs has a supper of sea bream tea and rice. , although the portion is small and the taste is mediocre, at least the front desk told me enthusiastically when I stayed in the main building the day before. I caught up with the most beautiful autumn in Japan, which amazed my eyes and heart.
AAdamBuffaloGreat location, clean room, and very friendly staff. Entrance to the hotel is a bit odd as there is one escalator that sometimes goes up and sometimes goes down, but aside from that it’s great! Would stay there again.
MMINORUI stayed here because it was close to my destination. It was a little more expensive than hotels near the station, but it was a new hotel, so it was very clean, spacious, and had good facilities. The breakfast area was also spacious and comfortable. I stayed for multiple nights, and the menu changed. The entrance and exit are a little narrow, so you need to be careful.
The newspaper and coffee service were also appreciated.
There are not many washing areas in the women's bath, so you will need to adjust your schedule accordingly.
JJIEThe rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, though the quality could be improved slightly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future.
KKeviny3635The hotel is generally new and clean. The rooms have slightly low ceilings but are functional, and the bathroom is easy to use. It takes 9 minutes to walk from the station. However, the atmosphere along the way isn’t great due to solicitors from girls’ bars. That said, the service at the hotel is good, and the price is reasonable.
Wwang2junIt is only a 5-minute walk from the station, and it is very convenient to take the Shinkansen, ordinary trains or buses. It is also only a 20-minute walk to the core attraction of the city center, Futarasan Shrine. However, there are two custom shops nearby, so minors should avoid them.
AAlly2023Service was excellent! Some staff can speak English. Busy hotel but got enough parking. Location is convenient, there are restaurant nearby. Room is semi-double but we got enough space. Got breakfast however the breakfast time is pretty early from 6am to 8:30am. (Check out time is 10am) We went down at 7:45am, but food was almost gone, but staff no refill anymore, this might need to be improved. Also the room inside and the bathroom are a bit old, carpet is a bit dirty, this might need to be improved too. But overall, its pretty good to stay a few nights.
GGuest UserThe hotel is high-end and elegant, with the luxurious feel of a five-star hotel. I live on the sixth floor and open the window to see the outdoor scenery of Utsunomiya. The hotel’s buffet is also very characteristic. The disadvantage is that it is too far from the subway station, I walked for 20 minutes
