We loved it! We had a wonderful stay. It’s our third time. We will keep coming back whenever visiting Valencia.

Excellent location if you’re attending an event at the convention Center. New, well maintained. Excellent breakfast.

Good hotel overall. I recommend this to others. Our floor has a special terrace so I really liked it.

*DO NOT RECOMMEND*. The hotel rooms were very plain and old. The elevators were very slow, and one was always broken. Many people were always waiting on the elevators. The worst part was one of the Managers Francisco was rude, and could not make a decision without his "manager" who I believe was the GM - Veronica. We had an issue, and he would not help. Of course Veronica does not work weekends, and never responded to our complaint about a separate issue! This Hotel Management does NOT care about you or customer service at this location!! Many other hotels to stay at in Valencia.

We have initially booked hotel for 3 people (2 adults +1 child) but reservation was done for a classic room for 2 people maximum, so we had to additionally pay 80 euro for 2 nights for our daughter during check in to hotel. Unexpectedly and very disappointingly! So, in fact we paid too much for staying in this hotel.
