The best service! Luxuary! Fantastic hotel in the old town - close to everything. Very helpful staff! Georgoeus hotel and comfortable beds with really nice sheets. I recommend this little boutique hotel, it’s super! Roof top with sunbeds and spa room that you can book for yourself with sauna and cooler pool.

What a gem of a hotel in central Palma, 5 star service all the way, staff so friendly and welcoming for our 4 night stop for my 50th birthday celebrations.Location is perfect as it’s in a quiet street but short 2 min walk to the bustling centre and paseo del borne and the beautiful cathedral.

We have just spent 5 nights at this delightful hotel, which is situated in a quiet street very close to the centre. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Excellent restaurants were booked for us, including the Chef's table in Mambo, where we were able to watch all the food being prepared and talk to the chef. Plenty of suggestions of places to visit and even free tickets to museums. The room was very comfortable and had a terrace where we could sit in the sun and read or enjoy a drink. Many thanks to all the staff !!

What a great stay - the hotel staff was always friendly, helpful and full of good advice and suggestions for any inquiry we had as first time visitors to Mallorca. Great location for exploring Palma, we walked easily to many sights. Room was comfortable with nice touches, the history of the building is unique and the morning breakfast was a nice way to start the day. We would gladly recommend for anyone looking for a good spot from which to explore Palma.

This is a conversion of a small Palacio in the narrow streets of old Palma. The project has been undertaken with great style - decor is sophisticated but not daunting, the history of the building is evident, rooms have a deep level of comfort, and - as you might expect from a five star boutique property - they have all the small trimmings like Chopard bathroom amenities, handmade chocolates, even a fan, and a trilby hat! Breakfast is a small but high quality offering in a pretty courtyard, and there is a rooftop terrace and plunge pool which guests can book for private use in one hour blocks. It was lovely. As others have noted, service is caring and helpful from a small team of very professional staff. Gracias a todos.

We had a great experience at the Summum Hotel greatly because the hotel staff is so pleasant and helpful and the hotel is well situated. The room could have been a bit larger but the amenities around the hotel well compensated for the room size. We would happily return if went came back to Porta.

We just stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel in the old town of Palma. The location is perfect for everything including restaurants, shops and the site seeing too. The hotel has a high end luxury feel to it but the staff treat you like their family. They really cannot do enough to make sure you enjoy your stay. A huge thank you to Pedro and the whole team for making our stay so relaxing.
