Castle view room was very good, staff pleasant and helpful, excellent breakfast. Central but quiet location . Please fix the automatic loo light

if you want an adequate 4 star hotel and there is nothing else you like then stay here it is a chain hotel in the mould of a Novatel, No real hot water in the shower no real A/C nowhere for a taxi to pull up, The breakfast was very ordinary a tray of eggs cooked when the staff arrived not when the guest arrived

The hotel is new, very modern and beautiful. The design of the room was very tasteful and the bed very comfortable. However, the best was the service we received from every member of staff. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The location is also fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough.

Lovely renovated building, easy to walk everywhere. Rooms are clean and modern, great water pressure in the shower.

I booked 3 nights for myself and my daughter. Our room was spotless with a huge bed; nespresso machine; separate shower and toilet. We were lucky to have a terrace over looking the city with a table and chairs. The buffet breakfast was more than ample before our sightseeing tours. The gym is small but well equipped with 2 treadmills, rowing machine, cross trainer and weights. Staff were friendly and the location is fantastic.
