Everything was good and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel was far from the center, but I already knew about this information.

Very warm welcome, pleasant room despite a minor hot water outage (a solution was offered), very comfortable bed. The pool area is a bit small. Bar and restaurant prices are a little high, but that's typical of most establishments in Victoria.

The hotel is quite far from the waterfall and the city center. There's practically nothing nearby, except for a restaurant a 10-minute walk away. The room itself is clean and well-equipped. Everything worked as it should. There's a nice pool and sun loungers on the grounds. The breakfast is good for a small hotel. Everything was tasty and sufficient. Cons: The staff offers taxis at twice the city rate. For the price of a private transfer to the airport, take a bus. Excursions are also more expensive than in the city center.

Only stayed 1 night but it was amazing. Beautiful room and bathroom, huge shower plus a stand alone bath. Swimming pool is lovely. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Dinner was enjoyable, good choices and a good range of wines & cocktails. Breakfast was very varied. Made to order omelette was so fresh & tasty.

Very nice room and hotel. Unfortunately one of the receptionist was not very nice. Other staff were very nice and helpful!

Excellent hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Bathrooms are very nice with shower and bath tub. The staff are really fabulous. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choice.
