The room is very beautiful and classic. The balcony facing the opera house is very comfortable. The breakfast is also good and the honeycomb is very high-end.

Awesome hotel. It is impossible to book during the New Year days. The decoration style of the room definitely won my heart. It is luxurious and elegant for an old-style hotel. The service at the hotel is also great. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I come to Vienna.

Location is king! Next door is the pedestrian street, which is also a palace-style house. The front desk service is very nice, free water, highly recommended!

I took it, and I paid the money for the reservation, but it was deducted again when I checked out. I had to contact me again, and I wasted an extra fee

A very nice experience overall. The hotel has retained its elegant traditional style and generally service is very good and pleasant. A couple of areas for improvement (given its luxury status): 1. there is no lounge area to sit in and relax during the day. 2. The bar, though nice, is very small so after the opera we had to find another hotel for a drink. 3. The in-room dining options are very limited - needs to have more snack / light meal options. 4. At breakfast the staff were slow to ask what tea/coffee we required - had to find staff to ask every day.
