Artist Boutique Hotel

Had the most wonderful stay at this hotel . The hotel is on a quiet street in Vienna within walking distance of the main sights , with good local restaurants very close by The hotel itself is really tastefully decorated with art works and stunning wallpapers , luxury fabrics and beautiful objet d’art . We stayed for 3 nights the rooms are extremely comfortable with choice of pillows and the most comfy of beds . Breakfast each day was great with hot and cold dishes which were really tasty . The staff really make you welcome and each and every one of them will always greet you with a smile . Julian the barman will make you fabulous cocktails and the manager goes out of his way to make sure your stay is better the. You thought and checked out onward train journey was on time . Thank you to all the tea For making our stay in Vienna so memorable.

Very nice little hotel, within close walking distance to all of the main sights. We stayed for 2 nights and used it as a base for sightseeing, but staff were nice and breakfast was good. We had a attic room, and it was quite spacious. On the second night of our stay I was awoken in the middle of the night, and when I glanced up there was a white figure stood in corner of the room. I just thought it must be a lampshade and fell back to sleep. A couple of months later when my partner and I were chatting about our trip I remembered it and told my boyfriend over that night. He admitted he had woken up during the night on our first night, and saw the exact same thing, but didn’t want to tell me as knew it would scare me enough to move hotels! When I checked the room before we left, there were no lampshades in the corners of the room. So I don’t know if the attic rooms are *******, but if that’s your thing, go book one!

This hotel is perfectly located for the Chris**as markets and many other beautiful attractions. We did the two day hop on hop off bus tour, which gave us a fabulous insight into wonderful Vienna. Located in a quiet part of the city, we enjoyed escaping from the crowds, but still being in walking distance of so much I would recommend a signature room for a very large bed and extra space. Julian in the bar is a real gentleman and can prepare any cocktail you may like. He really knows his stuff. Reception staff were also incredibly friendly, so I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel for a trip to Vienna.

From start to finish we could not fault the hotel. It has a boutique/ retro style which hits you as soon as you enter. We had a king double room which wasn't overly big but it was well furnished and cleaned daily. The breakfast is a continental service with the option of a few warm meals - porridge, ham & eggs etc. There was plenty to choose from and provided a good start to the day. All the staff provided a genuine first class service which only enhanced our stay. 5 minutes walk from the main Chris**as markets and a 25-30 minute walk to the designer shops. We would definitely stay again.

This hotel is super charming. Beautiful hot air balloon motifs throughout. And every room has a specific artist designated. The rooms are sort of small. Not a lot of space to open your luggage. They have good Balmain bath products. The bathroom is sort of small and they made a weird design choice to have a window looking in to the bathroom. We stayed two nights and one of the days the room service seems like they started and forgot to finish. It was fine though. All very minor and the front desk staff apologized. The bar is sort of expensive but hey at least they have one!

We stayed at this beautiful Hotel last weekend. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were so lovely and friendly. The rooms are beautiful.. the bed was a dream, so comfortable. Location was perfect. If you want a perfect weekend away.. stay at the Artist Boutique.. 5* all the way.

This is a real Find and a great value for the money! Amazing bed and pillows - for a long time haven’t had such great sleep. And Balmain products in shower- that surprised me a lot! Main attractions are reachable by walkable distance. Very professional, kind and smiley staff. Highly recommend this place - a place to return to!

Lovely, clean and comfortable rooms in a great location close to Vienna city center and close to public transport. Faboulous breakfast, accommodating allergies without hassle. And the staff - so nice and attentive, they made us feel so welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

On the website they mention "heavenly beds" and they don't lie. We had a great time at the ARTIST, the staff is super firendly and helpful, it is near all touristic attractions without being in a busy and noisy district. The neighbourhood is super nice, with local shops and restaurants. The rooms are cleaned daily and the cleaning stuff is smiley and friendly. We came to Wien to celebrate our first year anniversary and a friend of ours contacted the hotel to send a champagne bottle to our room. When the very nice lady from the reception desk hard about this the hotel contributed to the celebration and gave us a room upgrade. It was so nice of them. Thank you so much! 🤍 We will definitely stay with the ARTIST next time.
