We were very disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel (Room 210, April 13–14). Unfortunately, the experience was far from restful. The guests in the room directly above us (likely two Spanish men) were speaking loudly and even shouting until 3–4 am, making it impossible for us to sleep especially frustrating after a long day of walking the Camiño. We specifically chose this hotel over an albergue, expecting a quiet and comfortable night, but sadly that was not the case. Although I understand that noise from other guests can be difficult to control, the hotel didn’t seem fully booked. It might have been possible for the staff to arrange rooms more thoughtfully to avoid placing guests directly above one another when there is availability. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely upsetting, and I hope the hotel can take this feedback into account to improve future guests’ experiences.

The front desk service attitude is very good, the breakfast service staff is very friendly, the room is clean, and the daily housekeeping is also very attentive. The daily breakfast has a variety of choices and there is enough space in the room. It feels very comfortable to stay for a long time.

Overall, the hotel is very complete. The room has very good views. A plus is that they have a bar service and you don't have to book the buffet breakfast.

Very clean hotel with very spacious rooms and views of the city. Although it is not centrally located, you can easily find parking spaces in the white zone.
