"The room was basic but clean with the standard amenities like television, air conditioning, and a hair dryer. The walls are a little bit thin so you can sometimes hear neighbouring rooms, but with earplugs I had no problem. The hotel is very well situated just across the road from the Dawn Gate, which is the last remaining original entrance to the city’s old town. The reception desk is manned 24 hours and the staff speak English and are happy to help with any issues."
"Excellent hotel with very friendly and professional employees. The location is perfect- has two shopping malls next to it and few minutes walk from old town. The hotel room was very clean and with beautiful view to the city. Walls are soundproof. The bed was so comfy and big that I slept like a baby. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone."
"Nice and quiet neighborhood with easy walking to the city centre. Room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable, and breakfast is good and delicious. I enjoyed the stay very much, thank you ibis."

"Perfect location right next to the train station and the Old Town. Rooms are basic but definitely do the job, the breakfast is once again pretty basic but does the job. Overall definitely a good hotel in terms of location, the amenities and room could do with a bit of work however for the price you really can’t complain."
"This should be one of the best hotels in Vilnius. There are many luxury cars parked in the yard, but I feel it is just at the level of three stars in Beijing. The room is very small, there are no toiletries and kettles. The location is very city center, but to be honest, Vilnius is very small, so you have to make do with it."
"Spacious room with living room and low table.
Deco is obsolete but completely in the hotel style.
The sdb is more modern.
The hotel is very beautiful.
No car park nearby or very expensive, so you need to walk because in the heart of the old town.
Breakfast is suckled with high quality products and a good service.
The spa is free but very disappointing: a small very cold pool, a sauna and it's all."

"Hotel location is good, the environment is good, but in the old city pedestrian street, taxi is not convenient. Said to be a four-star hotel, even Samsung can not reach, the door face is particularly small, not easy to find. The most important thing is that I booked and prepaid, there is no room, let me go to another hotel, people are in a foreign land, it is a helpless! But Ctrip is still good, and compensation is a comfort."
"The location was great and we were allowed to check out an hour later, which we were very happy about. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in the room and the air conditioning constantly made a whistling noise. After checking out, €4.50 was deducted from our credit card deposit for a coke that we didn't take (we didn't take anything from the minibar). The issue was resolved and the €4.50 was refunded, but it was still a bit annoying and the communication didn't go quite smoothly. But what should also be highlighted positively was the delicious breakfast and the friendly service staff at breakfast."

Amazing
JJacovPhenomenally located hotel. Very quiet inside the rooms, superb isolation, yet comfortable and great sustainability initiatives (water bottle provided to get unlimited clean water at elevator). Location is great, everything is walkable in this city, or if you prefer the bus, there are more than 10 options within 400m facinity. Breakfast is magnificent, would certainly recommend to include it in your stay, you will have no regrets! (Eggs, pancakes, bread, juices, yoghurts, fruits, pastries) you name it, they have it. Lastly, Lithuanian people were very friendly and pleasant to be serviced by, thanks!
JJen N.I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was on the 5th floor and I loved the view of the mural on the opposite building. The bed was cozy with 6 pillows and I had a restful sleep in it. The bathroom was well lit and spacious. The breakfast was good, they had nice options to choose from. The lady at the bar area in the restaurant was pleasant when I asked for hot chocolate, as I couldn’t find the option on the coffee machine. Turns out they have 3 machines but the one behind doesn’t make hot chocolate. I liked the swing and spent some minutes on it after taking a stroll to a nearby restaurant in the evening.
On the downside, I noticed water marks on the table top in the bedroom and sink. It seemed like the surface had not been wiped in since the last stay. I also noticed hair strands on the sink counter in the bathroom. I assumed there would be bathroom slippers and I didn’t come with mine, but there wasn’t and the bathroom floor was a bit cold. Guess I should always have mine handy ☺️. Overall, it was nice
XxunsunThe location is very advantageous, right outside the door is the old city. The room facilities are complete, the hygiene is very good, and the service staff is also very friendly. Although the breakfast is not very rich, it is enough.
Iirina03Stayed for 1 night and I loved the luxury experience for an affordable price. The room is super clean & has coffee, tea & water heater and a fridge.
Breakfast is very delicious, you can order and take from the buffet and everything is included. Staffs are kind and ask me if I need anything. Location is so good! Literally in front of the Old Town and the prettiest streets of Vilnius.
The only downside is Wi-Fi is weak in room on third floor and should be improved.
GGlen TeohI stayed only one night, and walked from the airport to the hotel. I would say that the distance is walkable but not convenient with luggage. The reason is that the pavement is not smooth, and will result in abrasions and damage to your luggage wheels for the distance that you have to drag it along. For the hotel itself, it had a very high ceiling and industrial vibes, which is nice to some and perhaps not so great to others. However just a note that I couldn't figure out how to get the heating to work. Wifi speed was good, though there is a bit of a weird limitation in that some services like steam did not work, which isnt a problem for most.
GGuest UserHotel is centrally located and the breakfast has sufficient choices. Easy to reach the old town and central train station from the hotel. Recommended to stay if u go to Vilnius.
AAnonymous Usernot too far away from the central train station or the bus station. spacious enough for me and my suitcase. breakfast was alright and there are enough vegetarian options for me, i’m very satisfied. wifi was super weak tho. i liked the window design. luggage storage was available after check out and when i came back to get the luggage, there was no one at the reception and i just opened the door to the luggage room and got my stuff (the door wasn’t locked which was kinda concerning, but it was locked when i left my luggage there and the staff opened the door for me) so i guess they ain’t too serious about locking the door lol but overall the stay was fantastic and i will come back if i come to vilnius again
YYu CYYThis hotel is my favorite hotel in the three Baltic countries
New enough, big enough and convenient enough
New: It seems to have opened in 2023
Large: I forgot how square it is, but it’s more than enough to fit four 29-inch suitcases.
Convenience: Very convenient to get to the old city
The only drawback is that there is no shower curtain
But I found that it seems that many Western countries don’t have it 😂
In fact, the toilet is a bathtub
But I’m not very used to using a bathtub🤣🤣🤣
NNzubechukwu OnyiwaraI booked a studio apartment for a few nights during my stay in Vilnius after having issues with my first booking. I booked the lodging on my ride over from the other place and within 20 minutes, I was checked into the flat.
The customer service guy I spoke with on the phone was a very helpful and stand-up guy, pity I didn't get his name.
What's more? The flat was very clean with all amenities in place. I loved my stay. Didn't really want to leave but alas all things must have an end
