Данный отель мне подобрали для командировки, поскольку в других отелях мест не было. Нет тут трех звезд даже близко. Дешевый хостел причем дешевый в отношении качества предоставляемых услуг, и чрезмерно дорогой в отношении цены. Номер двух комнатный люкс. Грязь, отвратительный запах из санузла, прокуренный номер, раковина разбита и заклеена коричневым клеем по причине чего складывается впечатление что в раковину кто то испражнился. На туалет нужно приземляться только в костюме глубокой биологической защиты. То же касается душа. Кровать в номере занимает все свободное место в связи с чем вам придется в нее нырять из комнаты №1. Чайника нет. Вообщем номер на час и для определенных целей. Это не отель.

Мы жили в отеле неделю в люксе двухкомнатном. Стоимость была приятной, но сам номер на люкс не тянет. Отель в целом с хорошим потенциалом! Но банально не хватает приветливости персоналу (всему) и клиентоориентированности. А вторая проблема: довольно грязно: в номерах ковры, мебель и ванная уже уставшие, но чисто в целом. А вот лестницу не подметали дня три! Ровный слой белых крошек. Кухня - нормальная! Бомбическая свинина по-домашнему с картошкой и луком. Заказывала каждый день. Есть прачечная, но опять же - одежда мятая и просто не расправленная, забираем сушку сами. Могли бы быть более опять же аккуратнее и как-то не на отвали делать за немаленькие деньги. Наверное это в целом отношение по городу. Неприятно удивляет(( В ресторанах в центре ситуация получше. Странно, люди одни и те же. Мы из Москвы.
