The ”North Crown” hotel (SK) is relatively far from the historic center of Vyborg, on foot at an average pace 20-25 min. There is no public transport information, but at the moment the selection taxi can be considered as publicly available a type of transport, so within 10 minutes you can reach any sights of the city, relatively cheap (150-200 rubles). Near the SK there is a parking area. The building in which the hotel is located, recently completely restored, there is an elevator. The design of the room is modern, on the amateur. The room is spacious, about 15 square meters, bed, dop. couch for the child, table, chair, 2 chimneys, mini-refrigerator. Matrix, blanket, pillow - no comments. In the bathroom, where there is still a recent repair, modern plumbing, full shower cabin, floor with heating, there is a fan. There is a modern TV with a diagonal of 50” smart, lots of railroads, light bulbs. WiFi in a room with a good channel. In the room is clean, change towels every 3 days, vacuum cleaner - after day. Water in the cooler on every floor. Breakfast/dinner is not offered, there is a cafe in the same building, but we have not used it. There is no teapot, cups, tea/coffee spoons in the SK rooms. But there is a kitchen room where the residents will find a large refrigerator, teapots and 2 chicken-smooth ovens. Next to SK there are two stores ”5.” SK personnel is kind, try to help, to tell. Numbers without balconies, no air conditioners. The main shortage of the room is the practical lack of noise insulation from the corridor: night arrival/ departure of the guests, The crying baby, etc. - everything will sound loud and clear in your room. After performing modern repairs, the owners of the UK did not think about installing the door, and hence about rest, which is important both during the holiday and after the work day. Next to SK a small parking space, parking is free if you can take a place. The price/quality ratio of SK m.b. is recommended to unfair tourists.

I called the hotel in advance to see if there were any preferences for the holidaymaker (I had to go to the hotel on my birthday, the anniversary). I was told the holidaymaker would be waiting in the room for a bottle of champagne and candy. When my husband and I arrived at the hotel, I wondered if there would be champagne, and in response I heard, ”Yes, of course, now there will be champagne and candy in your room.” Nothing was delivered. The next day I asked again and again received the same answer ”Yes, now we will do everything.” And again nothing. Communicating with ”love” manager girls no longer wanted, the mood was spoiled. On my birthday at dinner at the restaurant ”Sweet” I was congratulated on a magnificent dessert, it was very pleasant; but did the hotel regret a bottle of champagne at such crazy prices? More about the accommodation service: in the comments on booking the room and in a telephone conversation I asked to give me a room with a view On the water - it was not done, although promised. In fact, they replied that such rooms were not left - then why promise? Customer orientation of managers on reception (or their leadership?) - 0 (zero). About the hotel itself: Location - 5; both restaurants - 5; cleanliness - 5; elevator - 5; rooms are very close - 3, in our two-bedroom room there is no place to put the second open suitcase except on the pass; only one pillow; only one pillow; no chair; It is impossible to drink tea/coffee at the table - to sit on nothing and not for what; the room itself, mattresses - ”tired”; the – 4 (no shelves over the shelves). In a word, the hotel prices are very overstated (7500 rubles per night for two in three weeks), and the attitude towards the guests leaves the best. On my next visit to the wonderful Vyborg I will try to find a hotel with a more pleasant treatment. There was an unpleasant rainfall.

There are advantages and disadvantages, but the hotel has a certain profit. By the way, I suggest you go to the restaurant during the day. The chef knows their stuff. The location is very good: out of the hotel, just a stone's throw away from the promenade/park. 5 minutes, the foot is on the market square (place for souvenirs and restaurants). We arrived at the castle in 15 minutes. Overall, I am satisfied

Excellent hotel! We came to travel for a few days to see the city. Even though we were late, we resolved it quickly, and it only took 5 minutes and we were already in the room. The room looked like a photo, which made us very happy. The room is very clean! Everything is beautifully furnished. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and informative, which is very important. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast buffet. In general, I strongly recommend that you do this, and we hope to check in here in future trips.
