The hotel is luxurious, has a boutique feel and everything about the design and decor is 5 star+. However, our weekend family stay got off to a bad start when the reception didn’t have our reservation. There was no apology and almost an attitude by the unfriendly and arrogant young lady at reception of it being my fault. At breakfast the next day, the restaurant and the quality of the food was excellent but the staff were untrained, unfriendly and on occasion could not communicate in Polish or English. Food was removed from our table when we were half way through, nobody explained the concept, ie no buffet, which was great and what could have been a wonderful experience, was let down by the staff. They saved the best for last at checkout. I was asked if I had anything from the minibar. I replied to say that I had not but reminded the lady that we had drinks at the bar that should be added to our bill. I was then shocked to be told that I would now have to wait to checkout whilst a member of staff checked the minibar in my room. I felt like a criminal at a 1 star hotel in a mass tourist resort. Again, not what you expect from a 5 star boutique hotel paying USD 300 a night and having reminded them of my bar bill. One, more senior member of staff ultimately realized my frustration and took over the checkout process, although by this point, the damage was done. Really disappointing to see this beautiful and luxurious hotel ruined by staff with no training but most of all with such an arrogant attitude that it made the whole experience feel very uncomfortable. The doormen were however extremely polite and helpful. Not enjoying writing such a negative review, I truly hope managements take action as we have been staying and eating at hotels in the Likus chain for years and have always had an enjoyable experience until hotel Warszawa.

Friendly staff and efficient check in process. Hotel is a Classic Hotel so interior is representing the old time. Only a few steps from train or bus station super central. This is a great base to explore Warsaw with tram/bus stop that can lead you anywhere. They let us check in before time. The staff speaks perfect English and are very helpful. The room is new and nicely decorated with strong shower. Bed and pillow is comfortable. I requested more blankets and pillows and they delivered right away. Breatfast is plentiful and delicious. It's quite loud in the room at night due to its location but more on weekends with I guess many people going out, on weekdays it's more quiet. I'm a light sleeper but I had a good sleep nevertheless maybe because I'm tired. Overall we had a great stay and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel itself was a great stayed on 32 floor , views were mind blowing , breakfast was ok for 22 pounds as there wasn’t much of a variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk guy who dealt with us was amazing gave us a very good room.

These monuments were literally steps away from the hotel. The hotel entrance is just off the main street, and the rooms are located on the third floor of a historic building (there's an elevator but the stairs are quicker). Adam at the reception was really helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. (Thank you for the flexibility with rebooking!). A buffet breakfast is included and served downstairs in the restaurant - eggs, sausages, pastries, fruits and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, yogurt, juice, and coffee. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
