Great customer service👌👌
Hotel is really nice and in a convenient location. Very affordable price and new rooms. Each evening, the ayi brought us yoghurt and fruits for free. Overall, we had a great time!! Highly recommend 👌👌

環境挺好，隔音不錯。
關於服務。除了入住和離店，諮詢其他問題，前台都是回覆沒有權限，給你一個電話號碼你自己去問。我兩次諮詢前台的經歷。1.本人12.23入住，下午3點多得到通知需要重新打印准考證，去前台諮詢能不能幫忙打印。就得到兩個字：不能。2.第一天考試怕去晚了，問前台能不能早餐提前10分鐘左右吃，得到答案：給你這個電話，你明天自己打電話問問。
設施：有兩點非常的坑。1.酒店的空調，在客房的終端是不管用的，不管怎麼設定，吹出來的風都不熱，室温15，16℃這樣子的。我試着調高，但是對他們的空調一點兒不管用。最後，還得穿着保暖睡覺。2.洗澡時候，水温會忽高忽低，可能，這種情況不是一直存在的。但是我是遇到了，突然燙人，突然又冷颼颼的。關於空調，我沒諮詢他們前台，因為我是準備考試的，不可能讓人來我房間調試或者修理。不知道其他人有沒有反應過類似情況，如果有，可以認定。
衞生。地毯，一定見證過不少臟兮兮的場面，看它一眼就看出來了。熱水壺，壺嘴上黏着不知道是什麼的外科。
其他的方面沒加關注了，衹是注意到一些基本的方面。畢竟，在酒店是圖舒心，不是為了影響自己考試發揮的心境。考完試，説幾句大實話罷了。
