在這裏的住宿體驗真的是太美好了！簡直棒呆，終於體會到為什麼那麼多人會喜歡威海了，真的很喜歡這家民宿，性價比很高，和朋友一起來住的，很滿意，而且管家也很親和熱情喲！！！特別是衞生條件，簡直是自己家一樣乾淨衞生，下次一定還來~

首先窗外的海景還是挺好的， 衹是裝修時間應該是很久了有點舊 一進門廁所和浴室都很臭，打開衣櫃裏面爛七八糟堆的滿滿的啥也有 床前有根繩子和衣架 就把衣服掛在繩子上 反正就是環境太差了 剛好趕上大風 窗外的大浪還是挺好看的

滿意，很乾凈寬敞，在國際海水浴場邊，房東也很nice，會提前打電話告訴位置路線圖，方便找，有機會還會去。

不得不説房間真的是非常不錯!超大的落地窗,一望無際的大海!藍天白雲,海景真的很漂亮,樓下的沙灘很美,在那邊露營野餐都非常好!地理位置很不錯,威海北站過來很快就到了,出行很方便!房東人很熱情,有什麼問題都會幫忙解決的!

酒店位置非常好，出了酒店就是非常乾淨的沙灘，離火炬八街也特別近，早上七點半去就可以拍到沒人的漂亮街景，無論是沙灘還是房間看日落都絕了，房間特別乾淨，有冰箱有洗衣機，做飯的東西也有（沒用但是瞟了一眼調料很齊全），總之太滿意了，老闆也特別棒，態度非常好，晚上十點多回復消息的速度都很快，因為行程問題第二天七點多才把行李拿走，老闆也肥城爽快的同意了！總之非常滿意，下次來還會住的

除了離海邊近一點，沒有任何值得入住的地方！第一次入住這種公寓房，和酒店沒法比，沒有任何服務可言，衞生條件更不用説，這些我都不過多要求啦！本不想評價，這是第一次填寫評價，第一次給這樣的評分，本想着住一次這樣的酒店，知道什麼情況，想着以後不住這樣的公寓就行啦，但是接下來是我無法忍受的，晚上洗完澡屋裡漏水漏到客廳，我差點滑倒，之後很耐心的給房東聯繫，具體看下面視頻，到半夜4點多，水流到床邊啦，再給房聯繫，這些我都忍了，衹是閑着就這吧，退房走吧，走的時候還幫忙把垃圾帶下去！結果，走之後房東一直打電話問漏水情況，我還天真給她分析有可能是哪裡的問題，但事實是，她最後通知我，是洗衣機的下水管沒放好導致水流外面了，是我使用不當引起的，要扣我200元按金，我的火一下起來了，我是房客，我怎麼知道你的洗衣機下水管沒放好，我拍的視頻你們看到下水管了嗎？難道我需要把洗衣機搬出來檢查一下再用？真可笑，我當時正在劉公島旅行，一下子把我搞的一點心情都沒有，什麼服務什麼店家，説話還那麼難聽，我説要投訴，她還理直氣壯説投訴吧，掛完電話雖然又給我打電話道歉，最後沒有扣按金，但是這個事情我依然不會原諒，太傷人心了，威海是旅遊城市，希望不要給外省遊客留下這樣的人文印象！

帶長者出遊，老闆特意安排了一間側海景房，看得見大海和遠處火炬8街。房間設施完備，衞浴乾濕分離，床很舒服，整體乾淨。聯繫的小姐姐也服務熱心，點贊！

想離海邊近一些，千挑萬選，訂了這家的180度臻選無遮擋海景房，60多平的房間，很舒適，實現了推窗就能“面朝大海，春暖花開”的願望，哈哈哈。下單後工作人員提前聯繫客人，問是否開車，有沒有什麼特別需求，這點做的非常好。續住也會詢問是否需要打掃房間，一次性洗漱用品及浴巾也會每天送到房間，和住酒店的服務及感受幾乎沒區別。退房的時候還給延長半小時，很好的民宿，好評，大家可以放心訂哦～
