The room smelled like someone smoked but that there was an attempt to mask the smell. It took a long time to get through when calling. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant. The chair in the room was old and stained.

This was the best hotel to stay in because it provides you with a lot of happiness and joy. I will not stop giving this hotel 5/5.

Hygiene is very poor. I originally wanted to use a coffee machine to make coffee, but the lid of the coffee pot was full of greasy things. It was so dusty that I felt nauseated and made me want to vomit. The carpets in the aisles and rooms were also very dirty. Some chain stores of this brand are quite good, so again I chose this brand and was extremely disappointed.

Overall good, the new Indian general manager is amiable and hands-on. The water is hot and there is a bathtub to soak in. It's just that you can smell the odor after entering the door, maybe the new management will eliminate these odors soon. The location was close to our family and the room size was great for my husband who is disabled. However, our room was not cleaned in ten days and I had to ask for towels daily and put the trash outside in the hallway.

We had to change rooms 4 times before we finally got a room that was clean enough & didn't stink to high heaven of pet urine or cigarette smoke. There was also no hot water our entire stay & was told they didn't know when maintenance would be there to fix that issue! They also told us upon arrival that we had to pay $50 for our room but would get that back within 2 days after checkout, HOWEVER, upon checkout, come to find out they charged us $100 ($50 per night) and we will not receive that back for at least 7 days! AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN AT ALL COSTS!
