"Overall, Arena is a convenient place to stay. It is close to supermarkets. Public transportation is at your doorstep. Pool is amazing. Office can usually accommodate requests. Cleaning staff was not the friendliest but they did their job. I will usually leave a tip for housekeeping but I was told that tipping is not required in Australia."

"The place smelt bad, the bathrooms and kitchens are very outdated, we had a massive and loud evacuation alarm go off and we we’re told by a staff member to stay in our room but we looked out the balcony and realised everyone had been evacuated apart from us and a fire truck was there. no staff at the office ever. just overall a very weird place with weird vibes. bad parking too"

"I love this apartment, the staff is friendly and explained why the parking was not available on the day - even printed a map for us because we couldnt get to the place. Thank you! Love the facilities as well, so lovely, really felt like home away from home. "

The bedding wasn't clean, but the pillow cover was a little yellowish compared to the bed cover.

"The lady in the reception is a bit rude when I arrived and about to check in. She just said “name?” instead of “may I have your ID please?” as usual in other hotel or apartment, which make me not able to react right away
The carpet in the room got stink and I guess there is a water leakage, which extend to the bedroom, I don't believe they didn't check it and let people to stay in
Lucky they refund me 2 nights of stay because I need to leave earlier to avoid the cyclone, which is only the good point for this apartment.
I might stay here again but will ask for the room change if there is stink on carpet again"

"absolutely wonderful experience! reception staff are the kindest and most efficient, apartments are kept in great condition, clean, with all necessary included. booked for 3 weeks and have been extending our stay already twice because it would be difficult to find in Brisbane another place we love more. location is perfect, can't find a single thing to change."
