Great
GGuest UserOur stay at the Mirage was a fantastic family getaway! The service was great in that staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. We had an issue with the dryer door, I called the service desk and this was fixed while we were out, and additional towels were provided in the meantime. The resort itself had breathtaking views, clean and spacious apartment, great breakfast which accommodated my vegan diet and was only a 30 minute from Proserpine airport (and although we were at the very end apartment, they transported us there). The 4 star rating for the facilities was because non of the lifts around the resort (not the apartment ones) were working during our visit, so we had to carry our pram up and down flights of stairs to get to the pool, restaurant and the boardwalk. The 4 star rating for the location was because although we had multiple restaurants within walking distance, they were all closed for most of the time that we were there (we stayed Sunday-Thursday). We traveled with our 2.5 month baby and had the most relaxing time; I would highly recommend the Mirage.

SsilviasunThe hotel has a beautiful environment and picturesque scenery. There are sea views of the island outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel is fully equipped with cooking utensils. The supermarket on the island is rich in goods and the restaurants are unique. There are the most convenient and free transportation buses on the island, as well as golf carts for rent, so you can drive around anywhere on the island.

JJamisononThe location is not bad, but the entrance to the room is too far away, and it is not convenient to go up and down the stairs. Living on the third floor requires a lot of stairs. However, the room is very clean and has a great atmosphere. The bed is a bit hard and not very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom needs to be renovated.

YYINGVery good, the back door is the beach pool. I called the boss at two o'clock in the afternoon to tell us that we arrived at six o'clock. He said that he hanged the phone, then sent a text message to me, telling me that the password was taken from the box, and after that. Take the envelope, inside is the precautions and room key, half self-service bar is, this place is relatively small, not far from a pizza shop is particularly delicious, highly recommended

GGuest UserBefore going to various concerns, lowering expectations may be much better. I feel that the hotel has been refurbished and the whole is much better than expected. The price is definitely not worth it, it's okay to spend a night. Hotel staff leave work at 6 o'clock, remember to arrive before then.

BBowtellWe absolutely loved staying at Mango House. It’s only a 5 minute bus ride to Airlie Beach centre and has a supermarket, cafe and post office just across the street from it. The room was amazing - as backpackers we were very excited to see a washer and a dryer to use for free! The pool and garden are lovely too. 10/10 would recommend. Pam, the owner, was an gem and even dropped us at the bus stop to catch our greyhound bus.

GGuest UserDaydream Island is not big, but it is very pleasant. There are many boat trips from Hamilton Island to Daydream ~ it is very convenient! The last boat we took took us to Daydream Island, and each of us was given a necklace made of small conch shells. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is rich. Kangaroos and stone plovers can be seen everywhere, and there are small sharks and stingrays in the pond... the overall feeling is very good! ! ! Key points to avoid: If you want to play or fly from Hamilton Island, choose to stay on other small islands. Do not live on Long Island. There is no direct boat from Hamilton Island to Long Island. You have to reverse the boat at Shute Port, and the frequency of flights Very few. (It took me half a day to inquire about various transportation routes that I had to call. It was really annoying, because there were no vacancies on Hamilton Island, and I was really afraid of sleeping on the island). We landed in Hamilton Island by plane and booked accommodation on Long Island. We returned to Hamilton Island the next day to take a helicopter to see Heart Reef. The earliest departure from Long Island was to Shute Harbor at 8 a.m. If we wanted to check in, we would have to go there the next day. I have to wait until 5:30 pm to get to Hamilton Island ~ Oh my God! At that time, I really believed the review of that hotel saying that the water bus was very convenient🐶🐶🐶 We had no choice but to give up going to Long Island and immediately booked accommodation on Daydream Island. The last schedule was taken by me at the Hamilton Island Ferry Terminal for your reference. Personally, I feel that Changdao is isolated and not developed by the same travel company. The room fee is non-refundable ~ so we wasted 2 nights of accommodation on Changdao. Moreover, the boat fare between the islands is not cheap. , everyone should also consider it when booking a hotel! It is worth mentioning that Daydream Island has given us a good mood for vacation again! ! ! I hope writing so much will help everyone! After all, no one wants to have such a bad experience when going out for fun.

TTwenteThe room is large, with separate bathroom, separate shower, kitchen, cloakroom. It is not very neat and clean. At the end of August, there was a sheet on the bed. It was too cold. I woke up at 4 o'clock and found that there was a small blanket in the cloakroom. It was too small and about the same size as today. It was covered with two bath towels. The best is the location, shopping around various bars, BWS, Woolworth walk3-5 minutes away. Airport shuttle is also very convenient.
