SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando at Flamingo Crossings Town Center-Western Entrance Reviews

Am not sure if they gave us two double beds instead of queen beds that we booked..but we were still thankful for accomodating us ahead of our check-in time so we could spend our Disney Tour early. Thank you so kuch

We just had a great Disney weekend stay here. Room 1415. Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly. Lobby area has a ton of space to hang out with friends and family. Pool is HUGE. It shares with its sister resort next door, but has a ton of sitting area. There is a Pool bar, Flamingo Bar & Grill, which serves great drinks and amazing Pizza. Saw a Game Room and a gym. They have a small pantry you can buy some snacks. Plenty of parking is available. Free WIFI (no issues using my laptop). Breakfast is also included with your stay. They have the basics, but plenty of options for all in your party. Had a King Suite room on the 4th floor. Having stayed at other Springhill Suites, I knew what this room would be like. Super comfortable bed and pillows. The room was super clean with plenty of pillows and towels. Bathroom was very clean and loved the shower products. The A/C was super cold and the TV had the option to stream Netflix and other services. Microwave coffee maker and mini-fridge were also in the room. Size of room is great. Comfortable and clean. LOCATION: Flamingo Crossings This is an area that Disney announced many years ago was coming. It is on the West Side of Disney property. I drove to Epcot in 15min and Disney Springs took me about 25 min. Since Flamingo Crossings is still being built out, traffic is not bad at all. Also, its not in a busy tourist area. So if you are looking for peace after spending a long day at the parks, this area is a great choice. Free WIFI, breakfast, plenty of parking, large pool, comfortable & clean accommodations + location, this Springhill’s Suite is really an amazing value. I can’t wait to stay here again.

My experience was horrible. They downgraded my room and didn’t tell me until I was ready for check in. They didn’t discount my rates. Unpleasant staff and not a very good breakfast option. The oatmeal wasn’t ready to eat.

So many things to like. The area was so convenient to the Disney Parks, but not super congested. It felt safe. From the first moment of checking in, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Explaining the amenities, about the shuttle, free breakfast times, pool and hot tub location and hours. The rooms very very clean and the beds so comfortable. We had everything we needed for our two day stay. With the three elevators, we basically had no wait to go to room, our out. Many luggage carts for our use. No wait. The breakfast was really good. So many choices of hot food like scrambled eggs, link sausages, oatmeal, waffles and really delicious coffee. Juice choices were several also, along with fresh fruit choices. The staff there worked so hard. Allowing of the foods were always full, the area was clean, the tables were plenty-no wait to hunt tables- and just a nice place to enjoy breakfast. The workers there were constantly on the move cleaning up and being sure that all of the food stations ready for guests. I will definitely go back if I visit orlando again. Dylan at the front desk was the staff member that helped, but I wish I could remember some of the breakfast folks names-they worked great as a team and wow they sure worked hard to keep things running efficiently and all of the guests fed and happy. Keep up the great work.

This Springhill Suites is part of the wonderful Flamingo Crossings are in Winter Garden. It’s our preferred area when going to Disney. It’s so close and convenient. The Target less than 50 yards is also very helpful and convenient. The pros of this property include it’s location to Disney, it’s seems very safe, the breakfast is great, there is ample and adequate parking, the walk in closet with shelving is very nice, and the mattresses are very comfortable. Sadly, this hotel is on the bottom of the scale for this area. It has a lot of wear and tear. Our specific room smelled of wet carpet and mildew. There was rust all inside the AC unit which was also very loud. These rooms aren’t for more than 2 people in my opinion. In the entire room, there are only two drawers. The bathroom counter is also very very minimal. Overall, probably not a property we will return to.

The property was dirty and I would not recommend. I was shocked to say the least as we’d stayed at t two of the neighboring hotels previously and were totally pleased. The first room I was assigned had a sugar ant infestation. I literally watch ants carry crumbs from the cracks in the desk. The staff at the front desk was helpful in reassigning me a new room. After packing and moving my belongings to a new room, the tired me crawled into the bed without doing my usual thorough inspection only to wake up and discover the sheets appeared to not have been cleaned well. I will not be staying again, beware.

It was unpleasant when they received us, I reserved a king size bed and they didn't give it to me, they gave me two beds when I didn't ask for it, the lady was very despotic, when we finally got to the room there were no towels, I called by phone and no one answered the phone. phone, I had to go down to get the towels, I won't go back to that hotel again. I don't recommend it

It was close to Disney resort also the shuttle service was most welcome and on time. Parking and breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and smelled great. It was a great stay and the kids loved it.

We stayed here 3 nights. The rooms are dusty. Not sure why they add a massive wooden desk/divider in the room. They do not dust the top. The pillows are not even pillows. They are old/cheap prepare yourself for neck pain and terrible night sleep. Not sure when they cleaned the air filter the room smells. Never staying here again. For the amount I paid I’m very disappointed.
