The hotel has a lovely park/garden by the lake. Hotel is nice but a bit rundown. We checked in on Christmas afternoon. In the evening we asked for juice for our kids... They said they have no juice! In the whole hotel!

The best Hotel 🏨 ever in Wuhan. The place is very Relaxing and suitable for any events . The Staffs are very professional, Friendly and helpful. This Hotel is highly recommended to anyone especially family vacation. I love this hotel. 10 out of 10 .

We were very grateful to the staff allowing us to adjust our booking by one day when weather prevented us from making it on the day we booked. The indoor pool is lovely and warm and the kids really enjoyed it. Room was incredible, with views of the lake and so much space. We booked a family suite and it’s basically 2 huge rooms so we had more than enough room for our family, wish we could have stayed longer. Food options were limited and Breakfast was unfortunately not the best, but I’m sure this will improve as more guests are now able to travel here. I highly recommend this hotel and I would like to come back here in the future to explore. It seems a very child friendly hotel with lots for kids to do.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the hotel ,services from workers were so amazing and nice,food,everything was so nice,I hope to come back next time for more memory time ……

The hardware (environment, hotel structure, room type, public recreational facilities) and parent-child activities are OK, but the software (beds are not comfortable enough: the quilt makes a rustling sound when turning over, the pillows have no support, it is stuffy, the sofa curtains are worn out, some service staff are not enthusiastic, and the food tastes average) can feel that the reception during the National Day holiday was done, but the details are not enough. I need to contact the staff for an invoice, but they have not responded to me after adding their WeChat, which is not satisfactory. I hope that the management will improve in the future.

We went there during the Mid-Autumn Festival. We stayed at Hilton on the first day and Radisson on the second day. The room rate was 600. Overall, the experience was OK. The customer service who took the initiative to contact us by phone finally upgraded the room. There were quite a lot of things for the children to do. The breakfast was also quite rich, which was much better than Hilton. The downside was that there was no more considerate butler service. After booking the room, there was no butler who took the initiative to contact us and provide tracking services throughout the check-in, arrival and after check-in. The front desk staff in the lobby, the activity card exchange, and even the cleaning lady and other staff all had cold faces. This is much worse than Hilton. The activities could be more abundant to add a sense of vacation. Finally, the location may be more downtown, and there is really not much sense of vacation when you live there.

Facilities: There are a lot of things for kids to play with, including a small train, a human roller coaster, a grass kart, a boat, etc. Although they all cost extra, it is still worth it. I also exchanged my play records for a small gift when I checked out. The kids like it very much. Service: You can choose pillows and a baby bed. Overall, everything is available, which is really child-friendly. Sanitation: Clean and sanitary, plenty of water, and free bath bags.

Suitable for family travel, the hotel environment is good, but the front desk who answered the phone was not very enthusiastic, the breakfast variety is rich, but the taste is average

📌Experience feedback: There are many problems and they need to be rectified urgently📌 A series of bad events experienced by Wuhan Liantou Radisson Hotel are shared with you here. 1. Serious safety hazards The hotel's outdoor boating project has major safety defects. After collecting the fee, the staff only briefly explained the operation method, but did not inform that the boat had the risk of running aground and the rescue phone number. After boarding the boat, the electronic boat lost control and kept drifting to the shore. My child and I were trapped on the lake for 20 minutes. During this period, the child was greatly frightened. I called the hotel customer service phone twice at 12:19 and 12:27, but the lifeboat did not come until about 12:40, and the lifeguard said that it was the people on the opposite sailing race who notified them that the boat was stranded and they came, and they did not receive any notification from the hotel. This reflects the hotel's lax attitude towards emergency rescue and inefficient management. I have complained to 12315, and after checking out and complaining, the hotel only asked a person who claimed to be an after-sales specialist to refund the cost of the boating project, without any sincerity to apologize. 2. Insufficient staffing and inconsistent with publicity The hotel is large in scale, but the number of staff is seriously insufficient. The thumbnails of the facilities provided by the hotel are suspected of exaggerated publicity. Among the indoor facilities on the first floor, except for one staff member in the VR hall, there are no staff members in the viewing area, ocean ball pool and other areas. Even finding the swimming pool in the hotel requires self-explanation, and it is difficult to find staff to ask. 3. The price does not match the quality of catering In terms of price, there is a gap between the hotel price on Ctrip and the hotel itself, and the hotel also includes a dinner buffet at the same price. I bought an additional buffet (one large and one small), and I bought an outdoor barbecue buffet, but I found that it was in the restaurant shared with breakfast on the first floor. The beef was suspected to be synthetic meat, and the seafood was not fresh. 4. The organization of the event was chaotic The Mid-Autumn Festival event held by the hotel was held in the banquet hall on the other side of the first floor. The scene was chaotic, and children and parents were crowded together. The manager in charge had no sense of service and just ordered guests to change seats. I originally chose this hotel because it was close to home and wanted to try it, but this experience disappointed me. First of all, I would like to thank the lady at the front desk. When she learned that we had booked two rooms, she adjusted our room into a family connecting room, one of which was a suite and the other was a parent-child room. The children were very happy.

The room is very quiet and clean. The hot dry noodles for breakfast are so delicious. It's worth coming back for another try. Thumbs up

The facilities are complete, the room is big, the breakfast is not very rich, the waiting time is too long, everything else is good, but the price is worth it, the cost performance is still acceptable!
