I went to the Radisson Blu hotel in Wuhan for a family trip. We all really enjoyed playing  outside and the room we stayed in was clean and spacious.  My kids really like going to the pool at night. I would recommend going to this hotel to others.

Really bad. The reception was so mean…

The hotel has a lovely park/garden by the lake. Hotel is nice but a bit rundown. We checked in on Christmas afternoon. In the evening we asked for juice for our kids... They said they have no juice! In the whole hotel!

The best Hotel 🏨 ever in Wuhan. The place is very Relaxing and suitable for any events . The Staffs are very professional, Friendly and helpful. This Hotel is highly recommended to anyone especially family vacation. I love this hotel. 10 out of 10 .

We were very grateful to the staff allowing us to adjust our booking by one day when weather prevented us from making it on the day we booked. The indoor pool is lovely and warm and the kids really enjoyed it. Room was incredible, with views of the lake and so much space. We booked a family suite and it’s basically 2 huge rooms so we had more than enough room for our family, wish we could have stayed longer. Food options were limited and Breakfast was unfortunately not the best, but I’m sure this will improve as more guests are now able to travel here. I highly recommend this hotel and I would like to come back here in the future to explore. It seems a very child friendly hotel with lots for kids to do.

A great place to relax from morning till night.

Stayed for two nights on a weekend business trip. The first night was OK. The shower head spray was small and leaked a little, but the side spray was OK. There were mosquitoes, and the mosquito coils were not replaced in time. They were delivered quickly after a phone call. The room size was OK, and the experience was OK. At 1:30 am on the second night, I felt something crawling on my body. I turned on the light and found that the bed was full of small green flies. The front desk service was very good. I quickly changed to another room and plugged in the electric mosquito coils as soon as I opened the door. However, I was woken up by mosquito bites at 6 am. The room temperature rose, and it was suspected that there was a power outage in the middle of the night. I did not sleep well on the second night.

The hotel rooms are large, and most importantly, the parent-child facilities are very complete, so the children have a lot of fun. However, there were a lot of people checking in during the May Day holiday, so the front desk took a bit of time to check in, and the restaurant staff couldn't keep up. But there's nothing we can do about it. Overall, it's highly recommended for family trips.

I have stayed in many parent-child hotels. It was very wise to choose Liantou Radisson this May Day. The price is not expensive and the cost performance is very high. The room is very clean and the attitude of the hotel service staff is also very good. There are many things for children to play. The hotel is next to Houguan Lake, the scenery is beautiful, and the outdoor swimming pool is very photogenic. The booking package comes with a hotel photo shoot. The photographer A Ming is very good, can take photos and photoshop, and is efficient and beautiful. The only drawback is that many amusement facilities have lunch breaks and closing times. After checking in, you need to inquire and arrange the play time. But this is also good, not involuntarily, so that the staff and children have a reasonable rest time, and the service attitude will be better.

Clean and sanitary, with complete and advanced facilities. The lake view room is beautiful and the balcony is great. The service is good. The waiter met the needs in time when we needed to see handicrafts and extra mineral water. The only drawback is that we went to eat at around 8:30 during the breakfast peak, and many food and drinks were out of supply, so we had a hasty breakfast. The most satisfactory thing is the location of the hotel, the lawn outside the first floor and the lakeside. Our family brought children and the experience was good with few people, and we enjoyed nature to our heart's content!

From the perspective of location and environment, the hotel occupies an excellent geographical location, close to Dongfeng Avenue, with convenient public transportation such as subways and trams, and efficient travel. In terms of service and facilities, the hotel staff are warm and considerate, from the front desk reception to the restaurant service, people can feel the warmth of home. Parent-child facilities are a highlight, "Peninsula Baby" weekend parent-child classes, holiday theme activities are rich and colorful; indoor children's playgrounds, outdoor inflatable castles, VR museums and other facilities are complete, and the cute pet park is deeply loved by children, creating a happy holiday space for parent-child families. However, the hotel also has some shortcomings. Some room facilities are slightly old, and the maintenance and shelf life supervision of individual supplies are not in place, which affects the stay experience; the age range of parent-child facilities is narrow, more suitable for young children, and there are limited projects for older children to participate. Overall, Wuhan Liantou Radisson Hotel, with its unique environment and rich parent-child elements, is suitable for families and business people who pursue a quiet holiday atmosphere, but guests who have high requirements for the newness of facilities may need to consider comprehensively.

During the Qingming Festival, I took my baby to the Radisson Blu Hotel Wuhan. The experience was full. From the moment I checked in at the front desk, I could feel the enthusiasm. The staff not only helped us to complete the formalities quickly, but also prepared small gifts for the children 🎁, which immediately aroused the enthusiasm of the children. During the process, they also introduced the hotel's facilities and parent-child activities to us in detail. The service was really great 👍 The room was really big. The parent-child room we booked had a slide, tent, and building block table that the children loved. The children had a lot of fun as soon as they entered. The room was also thoughtfully equipped with children's toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable slippers, bathrobes and bed guards 🛏, full of details, and there was no need to worry about the needs of the children. Moreover, the room has its own balcony with a wide view. Whether it is a lake view or a garden view, it is very pleasant. Let's talk about breakfast. The restaurant environment is spacious and bright, and there are plenty of seats. The variety of food is richer than you can imagine. There are all kinds of Wuhan specialties such as Chinese hot dry noodles, bean skin, and noodle nests, and the taste is authentic and amazing. Western-style bread, pastries, fried eggs, ham, etc. are also very fresh and delicious. There are also French fries, grilled chicken nuggets, popcorn, etc. specially prepared for children. My children are very happy to eat them. The parent-child activities of the hotel are even more rich and diverse, and the children don’t want to leave after playing. There are inflatable castles, sand pool parks, and small train parks outdoors, and ocean ball castles and dream world VR halls indoors. Every project can immerse children in it and make them laugh constantly. This stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Wuhan Liantou really brought us a wonderful memory for our family. Whether it is the enthusiastic service of the front desk waiter, the spacious and comfortable room, the rich and delicious breakfast, and the wonderful parent-child activities, we can feel the professionalism and dedication of the hotel.

The overall feeling of staying at Radisson Blu Hotel is very good. The facilities, rooms and breakfast are all very good. The service is very warm. They contacted me in advance to ask about my arrival time. When I arrived, the lobby manager Jay even sent me to the room. I would like to mention that the trail in the back garden of the hotel is very good. I especially like the text signs on the trail. It feels very good.
