商家你好！這個9樓新裝修的房間甲醛味道太重了，希望酒店散下味道再住人吧，不然薰得難受，而且長期吸入也對身體不好。

第一次遇到這樣的酒店，完全顛覆了我對漢庭這個品牌的認知。入住的時候發現酒店大堂都是灰，詢問大堂他説10樓和1樓在裝修，但是對住宿為什麼影響，會幫我找一個安靜的房間，結果給我安排了8樓，樓上敲牆聲電鑽聲吵的感覺自己在工地，沒辦法出去溜達到晚上8點回去。晚上入睡發現床特別特別的硬，電話聯繫前台，客服小姐姐説他們酒店已經有六七年了，床就是這樣的，也沒有房間換了，而且我是下午辦理的入住，現在也沒辦法退了，我也衹能忍着。半夜安靜的時候火車聲又出現了，打開窗户發現下面幾十米就是火車道。這個酒店簡直就是玷污了漢庭這個品牌了。我入住的是商務大床房，圖片已上。
