極少在攜程給差評，但這家酒店實在是忍不住了。早上8.20去到餐廳食物幾乎都沒有了，可以用匱乏來形容。有客人質疑還不到8.30怎麼連切片麪包都沒了，前台的服務員答曰“有的客人邊吃邊拿，一人能拿十幾個”，這樣的服務意識和水平確實不太適合幹服務行業。這是5.1號早上發生的事情。660的房費，自助早餐愣是管飽都沒做到。

服務態度差，攜程價格比到店價格貴50，酒店服務員態度差，又懶，不通人情世故。而且酒店很臟，上一個入住的沒有仔細打掃，枕頭下面是頭髮，衞生間洗漱品粘着頭髮。地毯污跡多

一）房間陳設沒話説的舒適
（二）送餐機器人小童語音非常討人喜歡，餐點到門口會撥通內線電話通知取餐貼心不已。
（三）早餐必須誇非常美味豐富
烤麪包超級好吃，外皮有嚼勁內部組織柔韌很符合我要的有韌性的口感，搭配一旁的草莓果醬，難以抵抗的美味。

這個酒店的環境真的是太好了，玩了一天累了到了酒店真是太放鬆了，這個裝修讓人有很温馨的感覺，打開房間門電動窗簾就自動關上了，空調就打開了，牀頭櫃還有智能小度，智能馬桶，電視一應俱全，被子和枕頭都用的特別舒服～大的落地窗讓房間的光線特別好，整體感覺比我家還有科技感。早上的自助餐也很好～來方特旅遊如果留宿的話一定一定要入住東方智慧酒店，因為體驗感真的太好了！

我也是做酒店行業的，在黃山一家五星級。相信我的評價對你們一定有幫助。酒店位置其實蠻好的，周邊居民區，離景區開車12分鐘。為什麼提這個，因為他家酒店早餐真的配不上他家房間😂，各位不用定含早房間了，直接定無早的便宜些，周邊都是居民區要吃啥沒有？他家早自助餐的標準和我們酒店的員工工作餐差不多。咖啡，麪包，黃油，烤腸這些基礎的都沒有的，水果衹有一盤小聖女果。房間是非常OK的，硬件可以號稱四星以上。空間夠大，但希望配個沙發，否則行李衣服啥的沒地方放。有趣的是我出門取電卡拔了回來空調還開着，這有點奢侈，這一年下來電費不知道要浪費多少😂雖然對客人是友好的，就沖這個我就不給你們扣分了，下次有空你們領導來考察我們酒店吧，學習學習我們酒店的早餐和服務☺️黃山酒店已經很捲了，沒想到蕪湖更卷，這種硬件賣200多！薄利多銷哈

房間很大，其次也很智能，隔音也好，但是問題也有，剛開始入住第一間的時候，房間窗簾是掉下來的，打電話來人給我們換了一間，然後第二間房，洗手枱的水，開的小會往裡麪的枱子流，開大了又全部冒出來，衣服都打濕了，非常不方便，還有713房間的智能馬桶，剛坐下去就開始沖水，水還會濺到上面，我帶了馬桶墊，上一次廁所濺的到處都是，還要一直換馬桶墊，最後一點就是，離店了，衣服落在酒店裡了，我到晚上的時候發現了，一天下來酒店都沒有聯繫我，是我打電話過去的，結果一問三不知，今天也還是沒有打電話給我

環境不錯哦，小度小度我女兒很喜歡，房間很智能，用起來很方便很舒適。然後感謝前台的小姐姐，很漂亮很可愛最主要的是心很善良。心美人美～哈哈哈必須給小姐姐點贊哦👍👍👍👍然後他們家酒店有養了一衹孔雀，本來是兩衹，小姐姐説那一衹公的孔雀被人偷走了。所以我看到的是一衹母的孔雀。謝謝這個酒店的用心，我們旅遊的很開心很快樂，人間處處有真情有温暖！在外的人住酒店的人都是不容易的人，沒有人是容易的，所以祝願祝在這家酒店的陌生人：開開心心，順順利利，身體健康！！！！
