The reception upon check in was so warm and welcoming and two of the staff spoke perfect English, making the process of checking in seamless. Even if language had been a barrier, the professionalism shown by the reception staff would have made it painless! We enjoyed leisurely drinks in the lobby after check-in where we were, once again, received with warmth and efficiency. At breakfast, which had a good selection of both local and foreign options, every single staff member greeted us with smiles and willingness to serve. We were certainly impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by all staff we encountered and were happy we had chosen the Hualuxe Wuxi Taihu Hotel as our destination. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

But there was also a horrible thing in the hotel. We lived on the 5th floor. On the morning of the 1st, we got up and saw a cockroach that was more than 1 foot in the bathroom. After coming down and telling the reception desk, we immediately changed the room on the 3rd floor. In the room, the duty manager explained that the hotel environment is located in the wetland park, there are more insects, just killed some time ago, the room on the 5th floor is usually not used,..., this experience is the previous hotel has never experienced, it makes a bad mood, the next 2 days live on the 3rd floor, I am worried that there will be cockroaches?
