🚗 交通：距離南長街非常非常近 周邊好吃的很多 非常方便 🧹衞生： 乾淨衞生 裝修很高級 🍃環境：酒店整體氛圍感十足 很漂亮 還有小度小度可以進行語音控制 有機器人送外賣上樓 環境真的是滿分 🔔服務：服務人員都十分友好 特別是前台的小美和小薛送了我們薰香和茶包 茶還蠻好喝的 人很nice 貼心周到 一萬個贊

不錯的酒店，交通便利，直接側門出去就是老街，服務員包括保潔阿姨都禮貌熱情特別是前台小施讓我印象深刻。酒店乾淨衞生，細節做的比較到位，前台那邊有薰香和茗茶體驗還有晚安包提供，到了房間還有歡迎水果和甜品，離開酒店的時候前台還貼心的給了兩瓶水，雖然都是很小的細節被暖到啦，下次來無錫還是會選這裏。

這次無錫執行最意外的收穫就是住在清明橋古運河景區了，這家店鬧中取靜，比較人性化的是14：00退房，下午趕火車還能午休。房間比較大，唯一有點兒遺憾的就是附近居民家的小狗早上6：30就打鳴了。

超級驚喜的酒店，在一羣老建築中，很有感覺，門口衚衕穿出去就是南長街，吃吃逛逛很方便。服務也很貼心周到，房間裏有小度智能生態。並非拉踩，比我前兩天在上海住的五星級好很多。華住真的很有心！
愛貓人士應該很喜歡這裏，門口有很多貓貓。

説實話，整體坐下來感受還不推薦。
國內的酒店集團，華住已經佔半壁江山，但其他的品牌，衹講如果做品牌，對真正花錢住套房的客人，卻沒有任何的關注，也沒有感覺想要爭取我們入會，估計還是以商務為主吧。
需要特別提一下，喜歡安靜的，就不要挑這個酒店了，他就在景區和酒吧中間，所以到晚上12點前基本上吵鬧聲音樂聲是不會消停的，而且晚上喝醉酒的人也不少，酒店的隔音設施也一般。
這次雖然定的是攜程上最貴的套房，但完全沒有感覺到店家的熱情。
第一天我們的車到酒店大堂門口，門口站着一個女服務生，我問了她三次：你們有沒有行李生？前面兩次裝聽不見，最後一次問“什麼行李” 感覺挺無語的。進到大堂辦理入住手續，收了身份證以後説房間還沒好，要扣着身份證才能拿房卡，然後前台三個工作人員，當著我的麪，安排員工説：“客人到了，看看房間工程搞完了沒有？能用了嗎？” 我們抵達酒店都下午3:00多了，當著客人這樣的人的內部溝通，既不專業也讓人感覺很不舒服。
前台這個女服務生把我們送進房間的時候，送的茶葉和箱就丟在茶几上，辦理入住全過程，沒有人介紹過酒店，甚至連早餐的情況也沒有告訴過我們。
晚上房間送的甜湯，居然每晚衹有一晚甜湯，兩個人入住，貴酒店真的就缺失一碗甜湯嗎？
入住過程見到幫我們打掃衞生的阿姨，人很熱情，看到我們自己帶茶葉泡茶，主動給了幾瓶水，是入住三天兩晚唯一的人員關懷服務體驗了，這一分就是給她的，謝謝她。
退房的時候問是否可以迅速退房，前台告知我們有件衣服落在前台了 ，進館有所質疑，還是跑了一趟前台去看了一下，前台記錯房間號了，我們也白跑了一趟，其實這種情況完全可以把衣服送還給客人。
本土品牌更加應該凸顯中國人的生活方式和服務特色，很遺憾，這次入住沒有體驗到。

頭一次住七百多一晚這麼差的房間，酒店車位少的可憐，害得我把車停很遠走再步行到酒店，酒店也不帶早餐，想吃早餐需68元單獨購買早餐卷，然後房間小的可憐🥺而且不乾淨，窗外景色也沒得，全是居民樓，吵得很，早上5點左右被狗叫聲吵醒，7點多又被一幫大媽聊天吵醒，住過最差的酒店，沒有之一，

窗簾燈光空調都是可以小度語音控制的，床和枕頭很舒服，各個傢俱設施都很新，衞生也很好

種類不算特別豐富，但是蠻好吃的
服務：
服務真的很棒，每個工作人員態度都很好，有事直接打前台電話
位置交通：
在景區裏面，開車的話可以進來停車，我們是打車的，所以是從馬路邊走進來的，路過的地方有民房，就很喜歡～院子裏還有兩衹貓貓
去景區裏吃飯逛街非常方便

房間還是比較寬敞的，早餐也還可以，雖然吃了略有些腹瀉。隔音真的很差，完全不安靜，普通大床房都在一二層，靠近廚房，早上五點一刻左右開始油煙機噪音巨響無比，好像聲音是從空調管道傳進來的，整個房間都處於振動中，耳塞塞到耳朵疼也不是很管用。六點打電話給前台，説過一陣就關了，直到過了至少二十分鐘戴着耳塞迷迷糊糊睡過去為止沒有任何改善。前台沒提出任何解決辦法，衹是説要不早上補一覺吧，結果10點多又開始響了。這房間是在反覆要求房間安靜的情況下最後被安排到，難以置信，定下的時候完全沒有一字提及廚房這麼大的噪音，衹是説高層更安靜，不過沒有普通大床房。高層我也沒住過，不知道廚房有無影響，但衹是求圖個安穩覺的可以別來了。
