Good room size and items in room. Breakfast was OK. Several light switches and the bidet toilet did not function correctly.

Lots of free water and snacks in the room, a free tea and snack from for guests, free laundry service, nice breakfast, great concierge services, (including robots). Simply a lovely place to stay and it's in the name... it's elegant. A 100% I'd stay there again scenario.

酒店位置很好，距離景區方便，客服經理Alaia服務超級用心，辦入住時遞上飲品，並介紹酒店設施，房間衞生也整潔舒適，退房享受免查房服務，直接退房可以走，很方便節省時間，周邊環境也好，緊挨陝西電影製片廠，很棒。

酒店的環境很好大廳一進門右服務人員幫我們拉行李非常熱情，房間衞生乾淨整潔，周邊很方便離景點很近，走路就可以到，地鐵口走路十分鐘，門口打車也很方便，房間裏面的設施齊全，智能馬桶，電動窗簾都非常好用，住的很舒服客服李圓圓在我們入住期間服務的非常好，給我們增送了早餐，知道我生病給我送了體温計感冒葯非常貼心，還給我們送了泡腳桶，很細心的服務。強烈推薦這家酒店沒有之一！

我們昨天住了一天，住的還不錯很滿意這邊的服務，今天又來住了這邊，客服李圓圓知道我們是常客還給我們申請送了一份早餐，給我們體驗非常不錯的服務，一樓還有免費的下午茶可以吃非常方便，離景點也很近，走路就可以，小朋友特別喜歡這邊，來下午茶這吃好多東西，房間設施也很不錯還算新，很智能
