The hotel boasts an excellent location right next to the Bell Tower subway station, making it easy to walk to attractions like the Muslim Quarter and the Bell Tower. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete amenities and comfortable bedding, perfect for short stays. The breakfast offers a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, catering to different tastes. We even received a complimentary fruit platter upon check-in! However, some rooms can be affected by noise, and the room space is a bit small, which can feel cramped if you have a lot of luggage. Overall, it offers good value for money and is ideal for travelers who prioritize convenient transportation, though guests who require more space might want to inquire about room types beforehand.

Service: Hotel staff are all very professional and provide excellent service. The hotel is located near Metro Line 2, with many shopping malls and an abundance of dining options nearby. While there are many hotels in the area, Holiday Inn Express definitely offers the best value for money. Sherry and Gemma at the hotel provided excellent service and recommended many great places to eat. Xi'an is definitely a city worth visiting.

Overall, it's pretty good. It's about a ten-minute walk from the subway, and only one stop to the high-speed rail station, making it very convenient to get here by subway upon arrival. For departures to the high-speed rail, I'd recommend taking a taxi directly to the entrance. The hotel is relatively new, with no strange odors. The overall environment and facilities are decent, though there were some stains on the sofa that weren't cleaned properly. Also, the soundproofing of the sealed windows was a bit lacking, as you could hear passing vehicles outside. The spacious twin beds were great, not crowded with kids, which was a big plus! The service was good too!

This was my first time in China, and i was absolutely impressed . I got a clean and tidy room, with modern design, toilet which i could normally use, hot water which was kinda like blessing. Even if it was not very long, i quite saw a lot of things. The location was also good i could just walk around and not be afraid of anything, which is very important for solo travelers, especially if they are girls. The staff was great, they are very kind, friendly and supportive. The front desk agent, Dany, was very pleasant and tried to help me even with my bad chinese. As such, i would like to tell you that it was one of the most outstanding experiences I had in china and that I will certainly return here one day. Thank you

The first time I stayed at the InterContinental Hotel was on July 4, 2023. I went to Xi'an for fun. I searched for a long time on Ctrip before deciding to choose this one. I felt very good at the time. This time I went on a business trip and still did not change my original intention. I continued to choose to stay at the Smart Selection. The overall feeling was not bad. The air conditioning in the room heated up very quickly. Because of the meeting time, the front desk Miaomiao helped to delay the check-out time. I am really grateful for the help🫡

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and found a very food service. The breakfast had a lot of varieties of food. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helping. Rooms were tidy. On the check out day we had to leave by 12pm but we were. late in meeting and came back at 7pm but hotel didn’t charged us extra fee for late checkout. I would give them 5 stars and highly recommend to enjoy your stay at reasonable price at this hotel.

I was assigned a high-rise with a view facing the apartment complex across the street. When I open the window, hot heat pours in. Unfortunately, there was no ventilation button in the air conditioner control box. The toothbrush is equipped with both soft and hard. There were a lot of foreigners and family tourists at the breakfast restaurant. In the lobby of the hotel, there is an espresso machine that also serves steam milk foam, so you can drink latte 24 hours a day. It is better to avoid crowded evenings in the laundry room. I think it is a very convenient location because it is right in front of the 光化门 subway station.

The hotel's laundry room is fully equipped and guests can wash and dry for free. The breakfast is very rich and there is free coffee to drink! It is worth mentioning that the hotel also provides free dinners, meat sandwiches, water basins, etc., and you can eat local specialties without leaving home. This is great! The service of Xiao Geng at the front desk is very good and very enthusiastic!

The hotel is in a good location, with bus stops and subway stations nearby. It is very convenient to go to the scenic spots in the city. There are ample parking spaces and it is very close to the ring highway. The room is different from the promotional photos. The shower in the bathroom is a bit low, and there is a locked door in the room, which feels a bit strange. Except for the front desk, other service staff in the hotel are very warm and thoughtful. The front desk was indifferent throughout the whole process, which gave people a bad feeling.

Holiday Inn Express Xi'an Qujiang South has a great experience! The location is excellent, close to the highway and surrounded by many attractions. The room is clean and spacious, the bedding is comfortable and the soundproofing is good. The facilities are complete and there is a gym. The breakfast is rich and delicious, combining Chinese and Western styles with local characteristics. Zhang Min is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is fast, there are free drinks at the front desk, and parking is also convenient. Highly recommended.
