Got a free upgrade to a bigger room. The concierge lady 小亢 has given great services during our stay. They had even given us free fruit (laichi) which tasted very well!

The room is extremely clean. I really appreciate the service of the front desk staff, who are polite, friendly and helpful.
The hotel is close to the metro station and outlet mall, which is a huge plus.

I am an American living in China, which can be challenging when you don't speak the native language. The people at this hotel were AMAZING. There were several English speakers, and they did a superb job making us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the views were breathtaking, and the amenities are great! I recommend staying here! The staff was first-rate!!!

非常棒的體驗，管家小亢24小時在線服務，酒店住宿很好，幫我們升級了房型，房間很大，星級酒店的標準，很快辦理了入住，給了温泉票。温泉水很乾凈，還有免費的豆漿果粒橙紅茶送到温泉池邊。很滿意！

很滿意，早餐也很豐富，以前去都是住悦椿，這次嘗試了下悦柳，感覺悦椿房間還不悦柳，僅僅是多了個浴缸也用不到，床睡着也很舒服一覺到天亮，管家小玉和小黃一直都在關注我的入住體驗，任何需求響應迅速，非常感謝[呲牙]以後泡温泉都住這裏了！

定酒店的時候看了很多評價好的壞的，住宿以後真是覺得太好了，非常推薦！
酒店位置很好非常安靜，對面就是奧特萊斯。到温泉也很近，我們自己開了車，3分鐘就到，酒店也有接送温泉的免費車。
我們自駕都會帶毛孩子，能帶毛孩子入住的酒店真是鳳毛麟角，這裏絕對的寵物友好，還有給準備小窩和餐飲盆，太有愛了，不知道的還以為我們住的是寵物酒店，酒店草坪區特別多，還有個小花園非常適合遛毛孩子😍
前台小林服務很好很熱情，賓至如歸的感覺。
房間設施也蠻好，雖然不是全智能但乾淨放心，尤其是床躺着太舒服了，自駕最重要的就是晚上能休息好，這個床稱心如意👏👏
一樓的餐廳中餐做的必須點贊，色香味俱全，量還大，我對大多酒店的餐廳印象評價都不好。他家絕對閉眼吃👍
下次途徑一定還會光顧的！

在我們訂好酒店入住的前一天，酒店賓客主任江茹就給我打來了電話，貼心地問我們有沒有帶長者和孩子，是否開車過去，還把定位發給了我；在入住當天，給我們把房間免費升級成24主題康養房型了，並把車牌號錄入停車系統。整個入住感覺非常温馨舒適，小朋友們在温泉玩的也很開心，以後有機會了還會再來
