I would like to thank the staff of Yaduo Hotel for this review. It is the only time I have been deeply moved when staying in a hotel. It rained heavily in Xi'an this morning. My husband and I checked out with our child. Due to my carelessness, the child was injured. The staff heard the child crying and were more anxious than me. Huang Chengzi and Shengye, two staff members, walked to the child as soon as possible and asked if the child was okay. Since the hand was slightly scratched, they gave it a simple treatment. After going out, Shengye offered to help me carry the child to the car. Because the child was shy, he held an umbrella for the child and led his brother. Huang Chengzi wore high heels and held an umbrella to help me push the stroller. I was deeply moved at this moment. When I was sorting my things, I found The two staff members' clothes were soaked, but my child was not wet, and the stroller was not wet. When we got ready and got in the car, they did not leave immediately. I did not even bother to thank them at the time, and we set off on the road with our family. After leaving, my husband and I were deeply moved by Atour's service. We are really grateful to them. They were very proactive and enthusiastic, which made us feel sincere. This hotel is unforgettable for me. The latest version 4.0 of Atour did not disappoint users. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance to come to Xi'an in the future. This Atour Hotel boasts high-quality amenities and a level of sophistication that surpasses other hotels. The breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and very clean. The service was attentive, including non-slip items for the elderly. It's very convenient to stay here when driving to Xi'an. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Xi'an.
