去西安旅遊的還是避坑吧，這個旅館在農貿市場附近，我們是從網上訂的房間，到了之後看着房間小，潮濕，我們就問老闆有大點的嗎，老闆説沒有，我説不行就換一個吧，老闆娘就咄咄逼人的態度，説那你現在就退房，立刻馬上退房，我説退房也要等手機緩一下吧，手機網速慢，人家就是那種逼**的態度，一秒都不等。立刻馬上退。

黑心商家黑心酒店早早關門大吉吧前台也很沒有素質，試圖用平台綁架消費者説超過八點以後無法申請退款！平台規定？？？平台規定你這個酒店就可以有霸王條款嗎？估計是沒有什麼法律認知根據《消費者權益保護法》第四條規定麻煩老闆去看看吧！商家摳字眼遊戲玩的挺好希望大家看清楚再下單人家綁架消費者晚上8點以後下單就不能取消申請退單了祝早日歇業～嘿嘿
