Amazing Stay in Xi’an! The hotel staff at the front desk were incredibly sweet and helpful. Every time I had a question, they answered quickly and gave detailed, friendly guidance. The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping cleanedù the room regularly. It’s also in a great location, very convenient for taking the bus or metro to popular attractions. I had a truly wonderful experience in Xi’an, and your hotel made it even more special. Highly recommended!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

First of all, i really want give a big thanks the hotel night staffs who helped to communicate with airport lost&found to get back my lost headphone that i left on the airplane, really appreciated, it was a great helps especially to a non-Chinese speaking like myself. The hotel itself is located on a good location near metro and bus stops as well as convenience stores. Cleanliness was top. Breakfast was varied and yummy. And nice room for a big family like us. What more can you expect, firstly i booked only 2 nights and ended up with extended more stays. if you are a family with kids visiting Xi’an, this can be a great hotel for you.

The hotel appeared nothing like it was on the photos. It was mid of refurbishment, and we arrived at a building site. The room decoration was old and worn out. The toilet was not cleaned properly after the previous guest left. There was lots of hair on the floor and the toilet was not sterilised. When the house keeper was informed, she did not think anything was serious, just quickly wipe the floor with a towel. We booked a non-smoking room but it smelt like cigarette. However, there are some advantages of the hotel, The location is pretty convinent to access to metro station and the city centre. The price was reasonable.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Only a short walk to the nearest metro station. We were given a free upgrade, and the room was more like an apartment - huge. The staff were very friendly and used a translate app to help us because we speak English. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was yummy. Highly recommend.
