酒店位置很方便，房間足夠大，酒店自身的衞生是不錯的，但可能市跟其他酒店共用電梯的緣故，樓下一樓電梯口的垃圾太多了。早餐還可以，不足之處是沒有湯麪或米線之類的現做品類。

服務很好，有接機服務，早餐可口，進到酒店每個人對我們都很熱情，特別是我來的比較晚，行李較多，給前台打電話，前台就下來接我們了！在機場也是接機師傅看到我們行李多，幫我們一件一件把行李搬到車上，非常感謝！這裏去城牆，鐘樓，鼓樓，回民街，灑金橋都很方便！回去坐高鐵，樓下地鐵二號線直達高鐵站，真的太方便了，下次還來這裏住！

We liked many things except the tour desk.
We loved Mehood Bell tower for
- the excellent location,
- great value for the rate we paid,
- laundry and dryer facilities
- unlimited bottled water,
We booked 2 rooms. Our room was quiet but the other room could hear faint cars honks from the roads below(ear plugs provided at lobby),
Staff we interacted with are lovely. Staff included senior breakfast female attendant, 24hour reception and housekeeping supervisor.
We had a terrible experience with the tour desk. Our trip to Mt Hua was horrible. Pick up was at 7:05. Went around Xi'an for 1 hour. Reached Mt Hua at 11:45. Got Mt Hua tickets only at 12:55p. Do not recommend the tour desk
