The hotel was recently renovated and feels clean and modern. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room isn’t very big, but it’s comfortable and has everything you need. A big plus for travelers is the on-site washer and dryer. The location is very convenient—right across from the history museum. Breakfast is a nice surprise, featuring homemade-style dishes and a cappuccino machine!

衞生間嚴重反味，連住4個晚上，反應了三次，也沒有真正解決問題，刷牙都反胃，沒法待着，活活忍了四個晚上，外面還有在裝潢，早上早早開始打鑽，沒法睡覺，走廊裏也是一股味道，沒有滿意的，除了服務員的見面都會禮貌打招呼，我們也回禮貌迴應，其他都讓人很難受，體驗非常差

對房間的要求是①乾淨乾淨乾淨 ②位置方便
酒店位置走5分鐘就是陝博，大雁塔不夜城有些距離，但是可以走過去。距離地鐵口得走600多米吧。
房間乾淨，枕頭被子茶杯水壺等都乾淨（水壺還是要自己再洗洗才放心），洗嗽用品齊全，熱水夠熱。
瓶裝水免費供應無限添加。小插曲，剛入住我問前台時，前台的回答是能無限添加，衹要不浪費，另一個時間，我讓前台送多4瓶水時，前台問你是一個人住吧。嗯，不好意思，我是個大水桶😂
房間在5樓，挺安靜。外賣會有機器人送上房間。
酒店衹有一部電梯。
總的來説滿意。

212是拐角的房間，非常壓抑和窄小，十分之不舒服，這個面積的房間拿來作家庭房，足以見這種經營理念不是服務為先，主打一個叫客人下次別來了，不要為這個地段的賣點騙了，逛了一下，該地段的酒店多了去了，窄小之極的房間有圖為證

想着是如家商旅才預訂的，結果大失所望，這些好評都是怎麼來的？首先預訂的時候就備註了，睡眠質量差需要安排無煙房安靜的房間 不要臨街不要靠近電梯。但是被酒店給拒絕了，説無法滿足需求，請問這些需求是很過分嗎？這不是酒店最基本的要求嗎？然後再次致電酒店要求安排，前台説會安排，但是到了酒店直接忽視我的需求，你不要電梯房我就偏給你安排在電梯口，你不要臨街我就偏安排你住臨街房型。結果就是半夜都有進進出出的人，還幾哇亂叫，隔音差到離譜。房間又小，空調一點效果沒有，熱到爆炸。而且房間裏連個掛衣服的地方都沒有，你們是商務型酒店，連衣架都沒有不能掛衣服，請問合理嗎？忽視客户的需求我行我素的安排客户不喜歡的房型這是合理的嗎？所以好評到底是怎麼刷出來的？攜程現在的評價體系是一點參考價值都沒有了。

空調不製冷，竟然以維修人員下班和滿房為理由而不管不顧直至攜程介入後才同意換房，但還是不情不願，聲稱是控制面板失真，其實温度已經降至比實際温度還低而衹是温度顯示錯誤而已，但明明房間完全不冷。第二天電話回訪的本來目的是想了解客户體驗，而結果卻還在在狡辯説遇到問題他們會及時給客人換房間，而實際情況是沒有攜程介入他們根本就是無視，並再次強調説維修人員衹是修了面板，其實空調沒壞，好像我説謊似的。這個和這家自稱金標等級的如家商旅完全不符，請大家慎重考慮選擇

真的太差了，到的那天是夜裡一點，衹想洗個澡睡覺，結果一進房間一股極濃的異味撲面而來，仔細找了一圈發現是馬桶一圈全都是黃色的尿漬，不光衞生間，連房間的地上都有很多捲曲的毛髮，聯繫前台，最後是保安大叔拿了個刷子過來給我清水刷了一下。絕了，最後澡也沒洗，就那麼躺了四個小時，天一亮立刻退房換酒店，強烈不建議大家住啊！！！
