The W Hotel Xi'an truly goes above and beyond. Traveling with two kids, we were given a complimentary room upgrade, and breakfast for both children was included. The beds were noticeably more spacious than typical hotel beds, which was a huge plus. Even with two children (both around 10 years old), we could all sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. We particularly loved being able to enjoy authentic Xi'an specialties right at the hotel, including Roujiamo, Youpo Lazimian, Beef Paomo, Lamb Soup, and Hulatang. During our stay, it happened to be someone's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a surprise birthday cake. This unexpected treat truly made our day! We'll definitely be choosing the W Hotel again on our next visit to Xi'an.

My overall experience at this five-star hotel was absolutely wonderful. I especially loved the marshmallow-soft bed – once you lie down, you won't want to move! It provided excellent relaxation for my tired body after a full day of exploring the Terracotta Warriors. I always enjoy staying in hotels with unique and stylish designs, and I took many photos here because every corner was exquisitely beautiful. The hotel boasts an excellent central location, right next to the bustling and vibrant Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. Despite its prime spot, it was incredibly quiet in the room – I couldn't hear any noise from outside the window while sleeping. Occasionally, I'd hear conversations from people passing by in the hallway, but it wasn't disruptive. The suite was spacious, and the in-room amenities were comprehensive, including an iron and ironing board. The only minor suggestion would be to upgrade the quality of the combs provided, which would make it even more perfect. Breakfast was served until 10:30 AM, which I found very thoughtful as it allowed for a leisurely 'beauty sleep' before heading down to enjoy a late breakfast. The restaurant staff were welcoming and helpful, and there was a wide array of delicious dishes. Despite my 'eyes being bigger than my stomach,' I managed to pick my favorites and arrange a delightful plate. As I arrived late, the staff had already begun clearing up and cleaning as breakfast service concluded. I enjoy taking photos, and after finishing my meal, I wanted to capture some shots of the restaurant's ambiance. I noticed the staff, having finished cleaning, were diligently preparing and arranging the dishes for lunch. During the time I spent taking photos, I inadvertently observed the professionalism and high standards of the restaurant staff. In the bread and western food section, a young chef was meticulously setting up the bread display. His full protective gear – hat, mask, and gloves – was impeccable, which immediately reassured me about the hygiene standards. He politely moved aside when he saw me taking photos. Later, as he placed a chef figurine and prepared to leave, I gestured for him to be in a picture. He very cooperatively posed. The photo showed him using his gloved right hand to arrange the bread, while his ungloved left hand was behind his back (he had been wearing gloves on both hands earlier and likely removed one after finishing the display). This small detail underscored his meticulousness and commitment to hygiene. After taking the photo, I thanked him, and he politely replied, 'You're welcome.' I also want to mention another detail I observed: while he was arranging the display, an older, presumably senior chef came over and made some minor adjustments to the arrangement. This chef moved all the food items slightly forward and meticulously explained to the young chef that placing them closer to the front would make it more convenient for guests to access them. All these small details I witnessed truly showcased the professional quality of the staff. I hope it encourages them to love what they do even more, knowing that their efforts are seen, appreciated, and applauded. Finally, I had misremembered the check-out time. I was leisurely packing my bags, thinking check-out was at 2 PM. Around 1 PM, the hotel front desk proactively messaged me on WeChat, asking if I needed assistance with a late check-out. Upon learning I was leaving, they also asked if I required a concierge colleague to help with my luggage. The high-quality, polite, friendly, and enthusiastic service from all staff members made me feel truly valued and provided a VIP experience. Additionally, the hotel features its own museum with beautiful exhibits. It's a wonderful place to quietly admire the items and discover the beauty in each one – you're sure to find something you absolutely love. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel ✔️ and look forward to staying here again! Goodbye Xi'an, I will definitely be back.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. I am particularly satisfied with the breakfast, which has a wide variety, a good environment, and good taste. The front desk service is warm and considerate. As soon as I entered the store, the girl warmly greeted me and helped me with my luggage, and then handed me wet wipes and sour plum soup. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The waiter's service was good, and he folded the scattered clothes neatly during cleaning. The only drawback was that there were outsiders who were not customers occupying the elevator for too long, which resulted in us not being able to get into the elevator when we left the hotel. We waited for several times but it was full. Finally, we finally got into the employee elevator and got off, which affected our satisfaction with the hotel.

Our recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Xi'an was truly exceptional. Every staff member, from the concierge and front desk to room service, was warm, professional, and incredibly proactive, anticipating and promptly addressing our needs. Sophie, in particular, showed outstanding proactive care and genuine attention to our requests, making us feel genuinely at home. The thoughtful turndown service and amenities in our room further highlighted the hotel's meticulous attention to detail. This unparalleled level of care made our entire trip incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire hotel team for creating such wonderful memories for us!

The hotel is conveniently located on the west side of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, right next to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Metro Station, making it easily accessible. It's also very close to Big Wild Goose Pagoda Square and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. In the evenings, we enjoyed strolling through the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City and Tang Paradise, and even caught the light show at the North Square of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda – all thanks to its fantastic location. The street the hotel is on is practically a 'Hanfu street,' lined with shops where you can rent traditional Hanfu attire and take photos, which I absolutely loved. All rooms have windows, and are fully equipped with air conditioning and hot water, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Before we checked out, the hotel even gave us a complimentary specialty fridge magnet, which my child adored. Overall, a fantastic Xi'an travel experience. Highly recommended!

The room was satisfactory. The overall design was OK, but the room near the elevator was noisy. I asked for a change on the second night. Although it was improved, there was still noise. The midnight snack was satisfactory and the food was satisfactory. I could save two dinners. The breakfast was noisy because it was the May Day holiday, and the space was small. I couldn't eat well and wanted to leave. It would be perfect if there was a gym. In addition, the hotel is in an office park. It would be inconvenient to go out and take a taxi when it rains. It's not so convenient to eat around. There is a food festival, but basically if you are a tourist or need a small gathering, the location here is not ideal. Starbucks was not open during the May Day holiday. It was the first time I encountered it (I don't know if it was closed or closed). Overall, I would choose to stay if I have the chance.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Grand Tang Mall and Tang Paradise, with rooms offering direct views of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. It's also very close to the Xi'an Film Studio, surrounded by plenty of dining options, making everything incredibly convenient. The hotel's ambiance is lovely, and a pleasant fragrance greets you right as you step into the lobby. Rooms are clean and spacious. Surprisingly, our street-facing room on the 9th floor was almost completely silent, with virtually no street noise audible. The staff are courteous and warm, showing great attention to detail. They provide numerous complimentary services, including in-room beverages. Upon check-out, we were delightfully surprised to receive a souvenir gift – an exquisite shadow puppet paper-cut. The bedding was very comfortable, and they thoughtfully provided two types of pillows to suit different preferences. The soundproofing was also excellent. We stayed for five consecutive nights, and both adults and children had an exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable stay. Considering its price, the hotel offers outstanding value for money. It will certainly be our first choice for any future visits to Xi'an.

Everything is good. They only have one washing machine and heater. So we need to wait for some time to wash our cloths as we stay over there for one weeks. Remarkable service from Soon Xiao Ni and the crew provide daily breakfast. She is professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness made a big difference. I truly appreciate her dedication to her works.

I hardly write a review for hotel , but this hotel really excellent in service , staff Cathy really helpful, she can take my request anytime of the day, really appreciated her effort. Beautiful night view of the hotel , so convenient just outside there are lots of food, shopping, scenery place, all walking distance. They have night shows with schedule provided by Cathy. Is definitely a place to stay if you are going xi an. They have weather forecast update just at the lift before you are out of the hotel. Many photo taking place for you to take photo if you love photo taking☺️ . Will return to the hotel again if I’m going back to Xi’an for vacation

I took my child to play, and I originally chose another five-star hotel nearby. That night, I found that all aspects did not meet the requirements, the child did not like it, and the air was not fresh, so I wanted to change a hotel. That night, I saw that this hotel had no rooms, so I booked a room for the next day. I originally wanted to book a larger king-size bed room. I saw online reviews that it could be upgraded, so I tried to contact the hotel. Unexpectedly, Xiao Kou arranged it when she heard that I was bringing a child. To be honest, I changed it unintentionally. I thought that if the child did not like it, I would continue to change it, but I stayed there for 3 consecutive days. First of all, let me talk about the first check-in. After contacting Xiao Kou, she was very careful and arranged a good room. After the room was arranged, she contacted us quickly, and came to live directly. Knowing that we were bringing children, she also prepared various small gifts for the children, which was very considerate. The check-in staff were very polite. Of course, this is a must for five stars. It is worth praising that the hotel took the initiative to install a protective fence next to the bed in the room after check-in. Various toiletries were also prepared for the children. The children were very happy. In fact, these small gifts are nothing to us, but the children like them. People are very thoughtful and considerate. This feeling is different. The hotel is surrounded by small villages, and it is very convenient to eat, drink, play, and shop. SKP is also very close. If you bring children, you can take a double-decker bus. We took a round trip and the children were very happy. The Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps and the ancient city wall are not far away. It is very convenient to drive, take a taxi, or take the subway. In addition, on the fourth day, the child fell and scratched his arm when he went out. The first thing I thought of was the hotel. I asked Xiao Kou for help, and he helped me with anti-inflammatory bandages in time. How should I put it? Maybe everyone feels differently. You may feel that staying in this hotel is normal. But you will never feel disappointed. It will be more considerate and comfortable. In short, you can find the staff if you have reasonable needs. They will not be stingy.
