Hotels in Railway Station, Xi'an

If I could leave 10 stars instead of 5 - I definitely would. This is a lovely hotel with a great location - just 5 minutes from the Drum Tower and Muslim street market. Very clean, spacious rooms, all amenities are provided (slippers, toothbrush etc). But the main reason why I would rate it very high is the hotel's staff and particularly reception ladies. EXCEPTIONALLY helpful - I had issues with my airline and they helped me to sort it out, if you need anything (sewing kit, razor etc) - they'll arrange it for you right away. Massive THANK YOU - you are the example of what customer service really is❤️ If I ever come back to Xi'an - definitely will be staying in this hotel again 🥰

The only great point about this hotel is the location just less than 300metre from Metro Subway Station Line 2. The reception front desk staff are robotic, not well trained to answer question much. They only attend to you at counter that's all. Don't go extra miles to help or assist non hotel questions. The hotel room is large and comfortable but the unit is facing main road with traffic noises early morning, which is pretty noisy and annoying even on Level 10. Breakfast is good and reasonable selections available, don't be picky mainly local Chinese offerings on Level 10.

Pleasant stay for two nights. The room price is reasonable with this proper hotel standard.Location is about 10 minutes walk from nearest metro station.There are many shops to visit along the the street from metro station to hotel.Room is spacious with kettle,tea and coffee provided.We are allowed to store out luggage after check out at the lobby near reception. There is no baggage store room. Breakfast is simple Chinese cuisine. Plenty of local Chinese channels program but no cable channels eg CNN and BBC.

The hotel is right next to the train station, very close and convenient, the room is the same as the photo The heating and air conditioning are centrally operated, and the room is colder than outside. The hotel is generous in providing bottled water. The front desk customer service is very nice and polite. The laundry room has 2 washing machines, but no single dryer. It is a drying hood, with little space and not enough hangers.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The room facilities are complete and the bedding is very comfortable. The hotel is close to the clock tower and has a high cost performance. The front desk 5008 has warm service and a good environment. The breakfast is also quite varied. There is also a restaurant where you can order food. It is quite good.

This time I chose the Huangchengyi Hotel in Xi'an. The facilities in the store are complete, the environment is very good, the clerk is also super enthusiastic, the surrounding Chengcheng water basin lamb, authentic pants and noodles, beef patties and spicy soup are really delicious, you can easily taste the taste of Shaanxi, the location is very close to the Bell Tower and Luoma City and the Beilin. It was a great travel experience

The traffic is very convenient, Line 4 is just to go out and cross the road, and go to various attractions to arrive soon. Very clean and very good. The children like it very much and there is a small tent. The windows of the room are very soundproof, and the windows are closed with curtains, and the outside sound is almost inaudible. I flew from Beijing to Xi'an and booked this hotel in advance. I was dazzled as soon as I arrived at the lobby. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and professional. After I got the room, she also explained some places to avoid in Xi'an. She also carefully pointed out the tour route on the map. The room was clean and tidy. All kinds of daily necessities were available. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. I slept until 8 o'clock the next day. I stayed for 4 nights. Every day when I entered and left, they greeted me warmly. The night before I left, they specially cut a plate of watermelon and sent it back. It was so thoughtful. I will stay here again next time. The service is good and the environment is good. The subway entrance is only 100 meters away from the hotel. It's so convenient. Hahaha. I really like to recommend it to everyone

The room was the same as described, and the price was quite affordable, but I never expected that it was pigeons that woke me up in the morning! Yes, I lived on the fifth floor, and there was a pigeon house upstairs where someone raised pigeons. They started flying around at 5 or 6 o'clock and jumping on the awning outside the room. At first I thought there was a garbage truck clearing the garbage downstairs, until I opened the curtains and looked outside, I realized that it was the pigeons that made the dead noise. I endured it for two days and finally left. The live effect of ”Song of Everlasting Regret” was shocking, and it is indeed worth seeing.

The hotel is close to a subway station (about a 12 minute walk. The room has a lot of space but is not thoroughly cleaned unfortunately. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and the hotel staff is very helpfull :)
