This is the second hotel I stayed in Xi'an. The hotel room is very new and clean. The location is a bit far from the city. The swimming pool and gym can be used for free with a room card. I very much like this accomodation. Their style is like in between a residential building and a hotel. They don't have a fancy lobby nor shiny lifts like the Marriott line of hotels. But they put more budget into the amenities of the room. For example, they have very high-quality toothbrushes and soft slippers in different colors, so you won't mix up with ur roommate. Their towels are so fluffy. Their toiletry offerings are generous with cleaning milk and makeup remover (!). The bath gel smells soo nice. Their mattresses r so comfortable. They also place one soft down pillow and one hard buckwheat pillow on the bed for you to choose from. Their sheets are soft to touch. They have honest and generous staffs. For example, the first day, I left my backpack in the lobby, and Mr. Li called me to pick it up. He also wouldn't hesitate to help us to handle the cab fee when our wechat pay wasn't ready and the hotel didn't have a way to shift the cost to the room yet. In addition, Mr. Wang would also give me his personal cough medicine as the hotel runs out. As with food, the noodle restaurant right downstair is the most authentic Lanzhou noodle, operated by a Xinjiang family. The son handmakes the ramen every morning, it is sooo yummy! The portion is very big, just order one bowl for 2 people.

A quaint hotel in an idyllic village. The room was a good size, well equipped, and I particularly liked the water machine on the wall. Fantastic customer service, although staff didn’t speak English, they were able to assist me. Icing on the cake was when they brought around a bowl of red bean soup and then came again to give moon cake and some jelly. A plate of fruit was also left in my room. Excellent location, right in the heart of the village. Only negatives are they don’t have knives and forks available during breakfast and the hot spring pools were quite small. However, overall it’s a fantastic boutique style hotel.
