The hotel room was very clean, the quality of the room supplies was very good, and the customer service was solved by a phone call. The room was first-class lighting and the overall feeling was very comfortable after entering.

This time when I checked into the hotel, there was a moment that touched me very much, and I must praise the lady at the front desk. That day, I dragged my luggage to the hotel to check in. After a lot of trouble, my mobile phone had only 1% battery left and was about to shut down, but I still had important information to check, and I was anxious. The lady at the front desk was sharp-eyed and noticed that I was staring at my phone and worried. She smiled and asked me if my phone was out of power. Without waiting for my answer, she said, ”Please wait a moment.” Then she turned and went into the inner room. After a while, she came out with a charger and said that this was what she usually used, so I took it to charge first. I quickly took the charger, and my heart warmed up all of a sudden. After charging, the phone finally recovered its ”vitality”, and I checked in smoothly. The lady's move was so thoughtful. She reached out to me when I needed help the most, which made me feel full of kindness. Such warm and thoughtful service makes people feel very comfortable. I must give a big thumbs up to the lady at the front desk, and I am also happy that the hotel has such employees. I will definitely choose this hotel when I stay here in the future!

What an amazing stay!!! The room was very amazing, breakfast was also very good. The front desk personnel is very nice and helpful. They have upgraded our room for free and offered us some fruits in the room. Our room had air conditioning and the mattress was quite comfortable. At check-out we were gifted a goodbye souvenir which was a very sweet gesture! Altogether we really enjoyed our stay here. The neighbourhood is also very nice and modern with many restaurants around. The only minor downside is that the metro is slightly far by foot, especially if you walk 15-20km per day. For this we highly highly recommend DiDi (taxi app). It’s very affordable (only 16 rmb = 2 euros to the South Gate).

Facilities: The hotel's wifi speed is too slow, there is no way to watch dramas, even with WeChat cards, and no way to use screencasts. Others are okay.

酒店位置在城外有點偏的，好在有條八號線，隔壁有商場，第一天我們到的比較早，前台殷小姐給孩子們送了早餐，態度非常好讓我們去餐廳修整。特別表揚餐廳的王先生，有天爬華山要早出發，他立即給我們裝了酸奶水果玉米等讓我們居然吃，還有晚上總是下面給我們，甚至送到房間。真的很好！今天退房，西安下雨，前台閆先生拿着行李，撐着☔把我們互送到地鐵站。整個酒店，服務態度都很好，都會主動打招呼。保潔阿姨也很好，每次給我們很多礦泉水，住了四天就是路程遠，其餘都沒話説，謝謝酒店員工對我們的貼心服務。

這次入住體驗簡直超出預期！從踏入酒店大堂開始，前台工作人員小樑熱情周到的服務就讓人倍感温馨，不僅快速辦理入住，還貼心介紹周邊景點和美食。房間乾淨整潔，佈置得很有格調，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。衞浴設施一應俱全，還有免費的洗漱用品，細節之處盡顯品質。早餐種類豐富，中西式餐點都有，口味也超棒。酒店位置絕佳，出行十分便利，周邊購物、餐飲都很方便。無論是服務、環境還是設施都無可挑剔，強烈推薦，下次還會選擇這裏！

Drinking water is placed in the room. The main thing is that there is mineral water for you to take when you get out of the elevator. You don’t have to wait for drinking water. There are also a lot of snacks, fruit and small beer, Xi'an sour plum soup for backup. The overall experience is very good, and the sanitation facilities are also careful and clean. I like it.

The room was satisfactory. The overall design was OK, but the room near the elevator was noisy. I asked for a change on the second night. Although it was improved, there was still noise. The midnight snack was satisfactory and the food was satisfactory. I could save two dinners. The breakfast was noisy because it was the May Day holiday, and the space was small. I couldn't eat well and wanted to leave. It would be perfect if there was a gym. In addition, the hotel is in an office park. It would be inconvenient to go out and take a taxi when it rains. It's not so convenient to eat around. There is a food festival, but basically if you are a tourist or need a small gathering, the location here is not ideal. Starbucks was not open during the May Day holiday. It was the first time I encountered it (I don't know if it was closed or closed). Overall, I would choose to stay if I have the chance.
