Sheraton Hotels in Xi'an

Executive Lounge ”Happy Hour” dinner and drinks: very average, too many people, no room to sit, nothing to eat or drink. Executive Lounge Self-service Afternoon Tea (coffee/tea, drinks, fruits, desserts): arrived late and didn't enjoy it. Facilities: The executive room was supposed to have a Dyson hair dryer, but it was just this. No mini bar. No smart toilet, Sheraton is still an old brand after all, but it was not as good as the Furong Pavilion Executive Room I stayed in the night before. It felt like a world of difference. In terms of price, there seems to be no difference between an ordinary double bed room and an executive room, because the executive room is clearly marked as above the 21st floor, but one of them can be arranged on the 17th floor. In short, it's okay for a temporary stay for one night.

It’s a pretty old Hotel, which you can feel and smell! We booked Executive Suite with balcony or terrace- we were told there are no balcony’s- but there are! The air conditioning did not work in one of the suites, so we had to move to a smaller one! Mini-Bar was empty.The dinner time in the lounge is too short- only 2Hours- everything is cleaned and closed exactly after 2Hours!!! The bar was closed before 10pm even though it was supposed to be open till 11 pm! The housekeeping was very good and the service very quick! Breakfast is a huge variation of everything!

I booked this hotel with my colleagues on a business trip to Xi'an. It is very close to the company and is located in the core area of ​​the High-tech Software Park. Soon after I booked, the hotel customer service contacted me and reminded me of the local weather and breakfast time. It was very considerate. The room was arranged according to my personal preferences and even helped to upgrade the room. The hotel lobby is not very big, but the moment I walked into the room, I felt that this hotel is not simple at all. The overall decoration is business-style, the cultural and artistic works displayed in the lobby and guest room floors, and the breakfast is rich in local specialties (the food is rich and can be called a carbon water assassin, and the special noodles are very authentic) all highlight the profound cultural heritage of the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties. The fitness equipment in the fitness center is also one of the best in the fitness industry. The ripple design of the top floor of the swimming pool sets off the beautiful water pattern of the swimming pool. The furnishings and layout of the room are very good. There is a telescopic door outside the bathtub, which is very user-friendly, and the large floor-to-ceiling window has good lighting. The warmest thing is the personalization and meticulous care. It is a very good experience.

Hotel is very nice and well suited to international travellers. Has all the amenities and features you need for a short or long stay. Location is amazing as it’s right next to the subway which is easy to use to explore the city or visit the Terracotta warriors. Would happily stay here again!
