Hotels in West Gate (City Center), Xi'an

This is a great hotel in most ways. It is very convenient to the Xi'an metro! The breakfast is good. The front desk service is great. The laundry machines work very well. The rooms are adequate and clean. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing. People in the hallway sound as if your door is open. People walking or moving chairs in the room above are easily heard. If you are a sound sleeper, this hotel is excellent. If not, it is good.

Both front counter staff and the cleaner all are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The lobby is cleaned very carefully every day and the cleaner helps to keep the room tidy and neat, with new towels and toilet paper available daily. Furthermore, the counter staff has helped with problems with a calm and patient attitude, for example, helping with location problems for booking a car to certain destinations as well as giving suggestions for restaurants for meals. The additional evening snack （雪茸银養）was free, delicious, healthy, not too sweet and suitable for all ages. Moreover, the coffee break was delightful, their coffee was great and their accompanying cookies had a flowery fragrance. Thank you 😊

It’s a pretty old Hotel, which you can feel and smell! We booked Executive Suite with balcony or terrace- we were told there are no balcony’s- but there are! The air conditioning did not work in one of the suites, so we had to move to a smaller one! Mini-Bar was empty.The dinner time in the lounge is too short- only 2Hours- everything is cleaned and closed exactly after 2Hours!!! The bar was closed before 10pm even though it was supposed to be open till 11 pm! The housekeeping was very good and the service very quick! Breakfast is a huge variation of everything!

The reception is very welcoming and ready to help with everything! It is very important especially for the foreigners in the unknown city, when you do not speak Chinese!!! I was very surprised to have a heater in the room when I said that I felt cold during my previous stay. I'm also grateful for the snacks and fruits that were brought to my room in the afternoon. I'm very touched! Thank you! 🙏🧡

The super warm front desk service makes the journey full of happiness! This stay experience is really a fan of the front desk! From getting off the car to checking in, the whole process was super smooth. As soon as I arrived at the door, I took the initiative to help with the luggage and greeted with a smile. It was very kind~ The processing speed was very fast. A lady named Zhang at the front desk also patiently introduced us to the hotel facilities: breakfast time, elevator location, and gym opening hours were all explained clearly. Knowing that we are here for tourism, she also specially printed out nearby food guides and scenic spot route maps, and even marked tips for avoiding crowds. It’s really super thoughtful! If there is a problem during the trip, call the front desk, the response is very timely, and the problem is solved very efficiently. When checking out, they also took the initiative to ask about the accommodation experience and remind us to bring our belongings. This feeling of being carefully taken care of is really great~ Because of the high-quality service at the front desk and the clean hotel, the whole journey has become more comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel and will stay here next time!

Absolutely thrilled! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel's environment was great. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and kept everything spotless. The room was quite spacious, well-appointed with all amenities, and offered a fantastic stay. The soundproofing was also excellent. A special mention: The day before yesterday, the housekeeping staff even placed my plush toy on the pillow when they cleaned the room. It was such a thoughtful touch that really warmed my heart and was incredibly comforting. Thank you so much!

入住體驗超棒！從前台辦理入住開始就感受到了酒店的專業與貼心，工作人員笑容温暖，主動幫忙搬運行李，還詳細介紹了周邊景點和早餐時間。房間一推開就被驚艷到了，床單被罩潔白如新，毛巾疊得整整齊齊還帶着淡淡清香。最驚喜的是每天回來房間都被重新打掃過，連我隨手放的充電器都貼心地整理好。早餐種類豐富，廚師還會根據需求現做蛋餅，服務人員會及時收走空盤。退房時還問了入住感受，這樣的細節服務真的讓人想立刻再來住！強烈推薦給有要求的朋友～

An Unforgettable Stay – Perfect in Every Way! Our stay at Xi’an Guangcheng Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and we were even offered a complimentary upgrade to a room with a stunning city view.   The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like the high-quality toiletries and the daily housekeeping service.   The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a great variety of options. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, with fresh pastries, made-to-order omelets, and a wide selection of fruits and juices.   Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t have been better. It was within walking distance of major attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The concierge was also very helpful in recommending local activities and arranging transportation for us.   What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive. A special shout-out to Ms. Zhang at front desk who made our stay extra memorable with their warmth and attention to detail.   We can’t recommend Xi’an Guangcheng Hotel enough and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Xi’an, China!

The hotel is very good. The service attitude of the young ladies Tiantian and Yanyan is very good, thoughtful and polite. The hotel also has free parking, which is convenient. There is also a buffet afternoon tea, which is rich and varied. It is not far from the attractions and is convenient for travel. The hotel environment is good, the room facilities and equipment are complete, and the hygiene is also clean. It is also a good hotel, recommended!
