酒店位置風景極佳，在草原坡頂景觀台上方的最高處，房間温馨，功能齊全，衞生情況尚可，早飯好，服務很好！

避雷避雷避雷!千萬千萬千萬別住！
房間真的一言難盡，一泡屎能把馬桶堵塞，2800一晚的民宿晚上找個能解決事的人都沒有。打酒店電話、客服微信電話都沒人接，摸黑前台找人沒人，去員工宿舍找人説一開始説不歸他們管讓我找前台，後來才願意帶工具來。也就是説晚上他們酒店就是不管不顧毫無服務，這是評分最高的酒店？？
維修時，服務態度極其惡劣，一邊通馬桶一邊在小聲罵我們，還怪我們把他們的馬桶弄堵，修了半小時無果，我們提出換房要求，一開始説滿房沒法換，前後一共3人來修理馬桶，一共耗時接近一小時才肯給我們換房，換房時還要我們站在冷風中15分鐘等他們找人開大堂門拿鑰匙，期間沒有任何人文關懷（除了其中一個店員給我一衹手電筒外，如果這算得上的話）謊話連篇，感受不到一絲真誠！！！
食物物價離譜,18塊的酸奶給我們兩口，説了才給盛滿，108元6串羊肉串，84半斤羊肉（如圖，4塊骨頭）
要服務沒服務要舒適沒舒適，求求大家別做大冤種了

本次甘南行之中全家超滿意的一次營地住宿。從微雨，到多雲，再到雲開霧散，我們都趕上了。若是晴天的夜晚，一定能看到滿天星斗。
房間乾淨，有地暖，不怕草原的温差。兩扇大窗户，落地推拉門，大床……一應俱全。餐廳和前台都是年輕人，熱情好溝通，餐廳中、西、藏餐都有，價格能接受！
非要找點缺點的話，就是小貴。

酒店擁有無懈可擊的環境，開車進入小道，1公裡外，遠遠就能望見酒店。酒店很新，是我全程露營住宿下來，擁有最好衞浴設施的酒店了，就是設備相對簡陋，不過在草原嘛，已經算好了。

桑科天境營地位置絕佳，在一個山頭上，俯瞰草原。酒店很新，設施齊全，是遊覽桑科草原的最佳入住地。唯一不足的是客房旁停車場非常小，停在山下需要爬山到客房，建議酒店可以配備電瓶車等擺渡用車。另外，白天會有不少遊客到客房去溜達，打擾酒店住客，建議酒店能加強管理。

房間非常乾淨整潔，可以看日出，早餐略略有點簡單，但可以接受，住客贈送可愛的甜筒🍦，小盆友開心死了。帳篷的視野很廣闊，晚上也很暖和，工作人員的服務也很好，很滿意。

在甘南沒見過這樣乾淨的草原營地，拍片，打卡一流，前台服務員非常熱情，主動，態度超級好，就是餐廳上菜速度慢，我們孩子想坐在西餐區，被工作人員無情的告知已經訂出去了，結果我吃了一個小時飯，餐桌依然空空如也呀。
