新建的學術交流中心。但不是學校活動進校不方便，停車場在酒店推薦的地方很難找（找了半天，走了好多冤枉路，建議大家停在負一99車位左右，對着的出口就是）

花880入住本酒店，卻要在大門口站半個鐘頭！入住之前三番五次和酒店確認，網址報備，加私信報備，打電話確認都做了，按照約定時間進校門刷卡，卻被告知根本沒有報備訊息，酒店方美其名曰系統錯誤，其實根本沒提交訊息，導致我在南門生生站了半個鍾，嚴重耽誤了我的行程。等到酒店前台終於因為自己的錯誤屈尊來南門接我，卻也沒有幫忙提行李和絲毫的道歉表示，好像一切都是理所應當的。縱使名曰學術交流中學，既然開門做生意最基本的義務得履行，校外客人比能自由出入校園的客人多花的兩三百元本來就是預約費，憑什麼我花了這份錢你酒店連提交一下訊息都做不到？圖一房間被子，上面有乾涸的血漬，入住廈門四晚最差的一晚體驗，價格超過五星級酒店，服務和配套卻完全不能相提並論。

房間裝修很新，離廈大大南門最近，走錯門繞路走很遠，校園裡麪全是帶小小孩來參觀的，目測還沒上學，我想説參觀廈大能明白家長的殷切期望嗎？家長是不是關注的太早了。
早餐很差，跟房費差距巨大，也就是有冰淇淋撐場面。不能加床，不提供任何寢具，就在普陀寺隔壁，真的是一牆之隔。

房間較小，床也小，裝修新，在學校裏面，窗户可以看到南普陀，環境可以給一百分。價格當然因為在裏面溢價了一半吧。但是仍然比較滿意。最糟心的是早餐，交了58塊什麼都沒有的吃，竟然連辣椒醬沒了都説沒法加，而且沒任何服務，盤子要自己收。

酒店在廈大里麪，從廈大南普陀寺門進入，走150米就到了。入住是建文樓，視野很好。服務員態度也挺好，早餐一般。校園風景很好，夜晚也可以到隔壁南普陀寺走走，非常好。另外節假日堵車這裏太嚴重。總體還是不錯的。

太滿意了，因為想進廈大就定了這個，當時沒有其他房型選擇了，就定了套房，真的太棒了，大的玻璃窗外面就是廈大風景，校園逛逛非常舒適，校園食堂也不錯，回憶大學時代。在生物博物館呆了特別長時間，孩子非常喜歡生物，帶她來看看。以後來，如果定上大床房會多住幾天。

房間很乾凈，就是房間太小、床也小。沒有套房和親子房，少了選擇。服務人員有兩點問題：1、導航提示有問題，應該是打車到大南門，而不是西北門。兩門相差3公里，這個挺坑人的。2、登記訊息帶上了別人的訊息，這個對別人太不尊重，而且屬於泄漏別人私隱了。酒店勝在在校園裡，進出方便，參觀廈大、南普陀寺方便。

位置真的離門非常近，關於這個門，網約打車叫做西北門（廈大的西北方向），地圖上叫做大南門（廈大大南路上開的門），出租車的話就説是南普陀那個門，來之前反覆琢磨查看，萬幸沒有搞錯，也給後續住客一個參考。很乾凈，房間看起來也很新，學校裏走走遛遛很方便。唯一不方便的就是出門打車，門口周邊都是景點，網約打車看命，兩次出行，一次打不到，一次很快，體力如尚好，出門就是公交起點站、也算方便。整體來説，想去廈大及周圍，是一次很好的選擇。
